Workstations and Tool Storage
I don't know that I would consider this a great book, but it's got some pretty clever ideas in it that you won't typically find in other books, and the article as portrayed on the cover is almost worth the purchase of the book. That guy created a mobile work shop in a two car garage that when all tucked away allows him to park his cars in his garage and yet has pretty effecient flow when it's all set up for hobby woodworking. If you want to set up a full blown woodshop, this book might not be the best choice, but if your woodworking is a casual hobby or you've got limited space, and you want some ideas for a workshop that are somewhat "outside the box" then this has some good ideas in it.

Easy sourcebook for woodshop design and improvement.
This book of 25 FWW article reprints has a variety of ideas for workspace organization, physical workflows in a woodworking shop, efficient storage of tools, lumber and materials, plus illustrated project instructions to build several workbench and tool box designs, and workstations for specific tasks including sanding, gluing and assembly. One of FWW's better compilations of past articles.

A bit dated and very American
A bit dated and very American you kind of keep expecting a picture of the Fonz to pop up fixing his bike in the "shop". But on whole some good ideas for those with USA Sized workshops
