Decent tasting
For a food that is low in points it’s not too bad. It does have a slight aftertaste. But I find that is very common with foods that have cinnamon and then Stevia as a sweetener. This taste better than a lot of other foods used for diets. The “bugs” someone complains about are seeds added to the oatmeal. It has flax seeds and Chia seeds. I like it well enough and will order it again.

Delicious & Healthy
Lowered my cholesterol by eating these. I add an egg & sliced apples & make muffins since I don’t like oatmeal.

Artificial taste
If it wasn't for the aftertaste of fake sugar, I'd be all about these. I think it's as close as you can get to an easy, sweet oatmeal treat but I won't be purchasing again.

an easy breakfast
bought these as part of the weight watchers plan and it is a quick and easy breakfast when I am i n a rush. I add fruit to it. I would recommend.
