Princess Matching Game (Memory Matching Games for Toddlers, Matching Games for Kids, Preschool Memory Games)

Perfect for the princess lover. Purchased this for my 3 year old daughter who loves everything princess. I wanted something unique, hoping to avoid all the same old Disney and other licensed characters so was excited to find this. The illustrations are well one. Unlike many of the other bard games these days, the quality of the cards and packaging is excellent and very durable.There is a large quantity of illustrations/ matches but plenty of variation in the images you are matching, although some are very similar. Figuring using the whole deck would be too difficult for a three year old I only used about half the deck which still left quite a few pairs to be made. My daughter had a blast and kicked my butt.

I bought this to replace the original game purchased years ago as a few pieces were missing. My granddaughters love this machine game, the pictures are lovely.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this memory card set. To someone not familiar with the book, the cards show generically pretty females, characters, flowers, and scenes (the illustrator even included two black princesses, Princess Marigold and Princess Lily, in addition to the twelve dancing princesses from the book). The game cards are quite thick (approx. 3mm) and are a good size (about 5.7cm on a side). The box the set comes in is of good, thick quality cardboard (mine came a little squished, but it must have taken quite some force), and has a magnetic closure. IMO the best part is that the princesses are labeled by name. The book illustrations are so stylized that it can be hard to differentiate the princesses based on their flower name, and the author does not list them in the order they are shown, and now I don't have to muddle over which princess is which when my daughter demands it.

This is the second time that I have purchased this game. I first bought it for my daughter and it is such a high-quality with fantastic pictures that I had to buy a second for my niece. The cards are sturdy, and the pictures are really cute and lovely. Even the case they are kept in as of high-quality with a magnetic close. My daughter and my niece play the game all the time and we have even had family tournaments with the kids. This game is not easily ruined from use.

We love this set of matching cards. Our nieces have this set and after playing with them we bought for our daughter. The illustrations are darling and the cards are good thickness and quality. With 36 matching designs you can play a bigger game with older kids or choose fewer designs for a shorter game with young ones. The box it comes in is darling as well and has a magnetic closure.
