Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wore these under a sleek satin skirt. They kept everything tight, and nothing was jiggling. The skirt lay flat with and was very flattering to my figure because of the shapewear. I will definitely buy them again.

Buyer Beware!!! These are horrible. The leg portion of these pantyhose are flimsy, no joke! I was expecting for these to be sturdy, after all they are SPANX! I wasn’t able to pull these up before there was a visible run followed by a horrible tear. They met the trash can before I left my house. I am so, so disappointed! I have used SPANX before and never had this issue. Don’t waste your hard earned money on these. I wouldn’t have even left one star but I couldn’t proceed with my review without entering something!

Pros: Very comfortable and supportive. Looks great under pants or a long dress. Does not dig into your calf. Cons: They run easily during wear or when hand washed. Lasts about 4 wears before running. They can still be worn but the lower thinner material rides up after about 4 wears or after running. Made of thick and thin panthose type material.

Comfortable, provides good control, would do a size down

I like how these fit and feel. I wear these under jeans and most thigh shapers I have tried leave a visible line where it stops above my knee and/or roll up. These are easy to get on, are comfortable, and the length helps keep them down and no bulge line in the middle of my leg. The top is a little long...not long enough to stretch up high above the waist and stay. When I tried, they rolled down and then I had a thick roll at the waist. So I set them right at the waist which was perfect. The biggest complaint I have and why I only gave 3 stars is that they are thin like pantyhose and ran the second time I wore them. By the 4th time the run is now all the way up to the waistband and a second one has started. I was looking for something that would stand up to daily wear and not disposable for this price.

Since Sara Blakely's Footless Assets shapers with the regular waistband (not high-waisted) were discontinued, I have searched for a replacement with a similar price point. I have thrown a lot of money around and was disappointed by various other brands due to the heaviness of the fabric, the feeling of being a human sausage, or the creation of a muffin top due to the tight waist bands. So I ended up paying more for this product, but it delivers what I need, with sturdier fabric in the shorts portion of this shaper than my previously-preferred Assets. While the leg portion is very sheer, it does smooth more naturally than so many other brands. Just have to put on carefully so as not to snag or tear. In terms of size, I am 5'9" and weigh 165 lbs, and had purchased size C, but that was too loose in the leg. Size B, much to my surprise, was just right.
