Motor Control: Translating Research into Clinical Practice

I was told this book was in decent condition, but as you can see the cover binding is not even attached to the paper anymore. This is how I received it and did not expect it to be in this shape. I am not happy because I have been charged additional from a previous book that was in bad condition that I did not do. I hope the same does not happen again as I have not even opened the book and it is already falling apart.

The book was in such bad condition when I opened the box that when I opened it I realized it isnt even glued to the binding anymore. I'll be looking for a new version so I can send this back.
