Everyone loves our new fountain
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble and no leveling was required. We burned a previous burn pit into a gorgeous water fountain.

Beautiful fountain
I like this fountain I’m thinking about getting another one for the backyard it looks just like the pictures the assembly is a little too easy you could use wood wedges to level each section which I did and it flows and works just perfectly oh by the way get some fountain lights with remote and put those in it, it looks great

Good not great, as expected
I'm giving it four stars for now. It looks great, exactly as pictured. People have complained about the water not coming down perfectly symmetrical on all sides, and while that is the case, it's not as big of a deal personally. Water is extremely difficult to level, meaning if the fountain isn't perfectly level the water is going to favor the down side. Take extra care in leveling and you'll definitely be able to get it into a position where it looks good. Spend time making sure the bottom base is level as when you stack levels up it becomes much more difficult to manage (and forget about if once you've put water in it, ask me how I know). My only other complaint, as others have mentioned, is the fact that water seems to disappear into thin air very quickly. On a hot sunny day you'll have to refill this thing every 4 hours or so, on a cloudier day maybe 6-7 hours. I was really hoping to run it 24/7 but unless you plan on plumbing a direct water line to it, forget about it. Instead I have put it on a timer and run it for 4-5 hours a day, refilling the base with water each night.

totally worth it
super easy to assemble, would like to suggest, make a steady base for the fountain, had a little leak issue, but the service was awesome, contacted them, got it fixed, team refunded me the charges i paid to fix the leak. overall , best value for money, looks totally like stone ones that cost around 7-8k easy. loved it.

Cracked piece, package has no damage
The second largest bowl is cracked clear through. Can’t use it without fixing. Is at my restaurant so I can’t risk leaks with a bad patch job. Really want a one part replacement but Amazon seems to offer only return which is hard since it came on a semi truck. Bummed. Sunny daze please contact me! Otherwise, nice looking fountain!

Love It
It is light weight, but best to have two or three people to help put it together. We added a big basin under it to catch a lot of the excess water that splashes out and ran a second pump from the basin up to the bottom big tier to allow the bottom tier to have water running over as well.
