Best instructional book
I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Pfenninger and got an earlier copy signed by him. I gave that to my niece entering medical school. I got this one as a replacement for the multiple procedures Family practitioners do regularly. Excellent resource, great directions and pictures and explanations.
