Excellent. This is perfect if you have a thinner type hair and you need to keep it shaped and having life throughout the day, but can't use the hand pomade. I usually use L'Oreal Paris Studio Line Strong Suit Mega Hair Spritz, 8.5 Fluid Ounce, but recently ran out and wanted to try this. It's pretty much the same. I like the smell of the American Crew better, but the spray top on the Loreal is better. The top on the Crew is almost like a jet stream so it doesn't spread out on your hair as much and sprays kind of hard. That means you either mess up your hair your trying to hold in place and use a lot all over your head, or you hold the bottle back and get the spray all over your hair but also on your face, shoulders, and even the floor.

Smells nice, holds well. You can leave it looking shiny/slick or comb after drying for a more natural look.

This stuff is expensive.I know it. You know it.It turns out that it's quite worth the extra money. It's really superior to many less expensive products that are meant to do the same thing.If you're needing to style your hair nicely, men, and you have strange hair like I do, and you need strong but invisible and natural-looking hold to look ever-so-fashionable, this is great. It does all that.Less expensive products I've tried have either failed to hold a style, or they were gummy and heavy and dulling, like pomade. I do not like pomade, and this is nothing like it. It looks as if there's nothing in your hair at all, which is exactly what I wanted.Highly recommended! Even at the higher price.
