Installed easily running smoothly and quietly. Would recommend this product to any pond owner. It is helping to keep the pond cleaner and the fish happier.

Kasco and the USA
I had Issues with this after receiving it but the customer worked with me and I am very satisfied with them. Its in my pond working well and hopefully it will continue to do so for years to come. If you have a pond and want to preserve your fish during the winter, you should have one of these. I was surprised though, when I went to get in touch with Amazon I talked to someone in the Philippians. What can't we talk to someone in our own country?

Quiet, efficient - easy installation - Not so fast...
I purchased this as an alternative to a full sized (and expensive) pond aeration system. It took all of 20 minutes to install and has been running non-stop for the past 2 months without a problem.Very quiet but still I installed it in a ventilated, insulated, weather-proof box.UPDATE - June 19, 2014We have had this running non-stop this month without problems. My cabinet's fan however crapped out, so in the week or two that it took me to replace it, I noticed that the pump was very hot. I opened the lid to allow more ventilation (there are two grated ports on either side of the cabinet), but the pump was still very hot. However, this did not adversely affect the pump's performance. I could not perceive any decline in output whether the pump was running very hot or not.We did split the line and I added a garden drip hose last summer. Doing this allowed me to add air to another section of the pond at the expense, however, of the included diffuser. This seemed to make sense at the time, but the amount of algae kept at bay, was a much lower amount once I split the line, as you might expect. So, this season, I'm back to using the single diffuser. We have a 1.5 acre pond, and this pond aerator (without splitting the line) was able to keep algae out of an area of about 20-30 yards in diameter. This machine was better at managing the algae than bags we added which were filled with barley straw and boxes of microbes which we added throughout the season. The microbes cost us almost $500, with no noticeable impact. The barley straw was set around the pond in about 2 dozen laundry bags. I think we added 6-10 bales in this fashion, again, with no noticeable impact on the algae. As a matter of fact, we are so pleased with this pond aerator, we just purchased another one for the back end of the pond. I'll let you know how it works later this summer.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++July 4, 2014Well this has been running non-stop since the beginning of June alongside of another one we purchased last year and I have to tell you, without the barley straw AND the microbes, the pond has exploded. It is completely covered in algae. The only places it is not covered in algae is where the bubbles from this pump and its sister pump break the surface of the water. What a disappointment!Last season we had to apply microbes three times, add almost a dozen bails of barley straw and by hand rake the algae off the surface. Then it was clean for the last month of the season. If I didn't know better, I'd say these pumps did almost nothing by themselves. Another way of putting it is that alone, these are ineffective. But they may be one piece of a combined assault on your algae that needs to include microbes, aeration, barley, and good old fashioned sweat.Too bad it cost almost a $2,000 to find that out.

Came late but...
Came two weeks late, even though they advertised "in stock"Apparently the manufacturer was behind in parts. That being said, the customer service was outstanding. They stayed in touch and let me know how things were progressing.Product came with everything needed, and installation was a breeze. Installation took maybe half hour, and it works just as advertised. Very quiet too.I'd highly recommend this seller, as well the product if someone was in need.

Healthy Pond!!!!!!!!
I put this in my 3/4 acre swimming pond, It kept the water clean, clear and funk free. Having no electricity running into your pond makes this the safest, most effective way, to have a healthy pond.
