Great concept, poor quality
First, I cannot stress enough- I LOVE this concept. My recently turned 4 year loves this game, and I am sure will know all of the level 1 sight words in a month or two.The physical quality of this game is poor though. I know it says it is for age 5 plus, but realistically, the game will be most used by 2.5-6 year olds. The cards, chips and word cars are basically thick paper, not even sturdy cardboard. They will tear or bend very easily, essentially destroying the game. The chips and cards require the owner to punch them out. To the credit of the game makers, they are well perforated and easy to punch out. None of our chips tore.To make this a better game the makers should:- include actual plastic bingo chips- laminate the playing cards, sight word cards and the poster w- consider adding Velcro or a tiny magnet to the back of the sight word cards and the word poster. This would more easily allow preschoolers to match the cards to the correct spot on the poster and not inadvertently knock the cards off while reaching to a particular word.- the paper word cards stick together easily. It is sometimes difficult for an adult, much less a child, to pick up just one, which means cards are bent easily. Using a laminate material might help with this issue as well.I would love to use this as my go to birthday gift for preschool friends of my 4 and 2.5 year olds, but likely will not due to the physical quality.I am torn between 3 and 4 stars, balancing the concept and quality of the game.

Excellent group activity
I used this game for over 25 years in children’s library programs and just purchased one for the library in my new home town. Preschoolers/early readers loved playing and had no idea they were learning at the same time.
