Ok, mine had the Celsius knob but I was expecting that and simply installed a converter app on my phone, because my brain lolThe griddle is amazing, IMHO. It's seasoning up nicely and this thing gets HOT. I gradually got it up to temp a little at the time and didn't trip any breakers so thank you guy who did that and posted about it, great advice. Had it sitting on my flat top stove and amazingly the surface of the stove stayed cool even when my infrared temp gun registered the plate over 600° and yes it got that hot. That took a while to cool back down I'll tell ya. But cast iron y'all, so no surprise there.Anyway, I have zero regrets about this purchase (also it shipped *fast*). All I can say is the Chinese are serious about their food prep lol and I'm very much looking forward to learning how to really cook on this.

i absolutely love this griddle. it gets hot enough to put a niceeeee sear on a ribeye and you can turn it down and make a omelet too. easy to clean.NOTE. to use it properly turn it on and leave it alone for about 10mins it takes time to get to full heat *(it also takes a long time to cool down but that is a good thing, it keeps it from rapidly fluctuating heat like a normal stove does)

Pro Tip: (1) Go outdoors and season it ~5x times before initial use. This eases cleaning and reduces stuck-on food. (2) Marking the pointer on the temperature knob with a permanent marker or white-out (liquid corrective pen) helps with quick identification of temperature selection. (3) Emery cloth will smooth out the steel's rough edges; easy does it.PROS:Prefer the 22" indoor electric flat top griddle, but the 14" is small enough for space conscious homes.Heated on max for ~20 minutes to reach ~550*F for testing.Typical cooking temperature is ~300*F (150*C on temperature knob) without exhaust fans; a reasonable sear on medium-rare steak.Fits 2x 14" rainbow trout.Now, it only takes 25% to 50% of time to cook, clean, and eat.CONS:The gaps on the sides of cooking surface cause high-viscosity liquids to spill. The February 2024 griddle seem to partially address this problem with a containment chamber underneath the cooktop and heating element (refer to attached photo). Gaps still exist in this chamber, but that's still an extra layer of security. Without the containment chamber, a return would have been requested.It may take an eternity and a half to polymerize the griddle's gaps to prevent further spilling of high-viscosity fluid.

The media could not be loaded. Don't buy it! I bought this product in February this year and also bought a 4-year warranty period. I didn't open the package and use it until yesterday. On the first day of use, I found oil leaking behind it. So I went back that night to contact the warranty company. I've given you feedback on what the problem is. But they asked me to contact the seller. So I tried to find the seller in the link of this product, but I still could not find the seller's contact information. I asked the customer service of amazon, and finally the customer service told me that it had been too long since I purchased the product, so it could not help me. Now I can't find the seller or get the warranty. So I am writing this review in the hope that you will take note of my comments. I will buy the warranty again in the future, because it is not trusted.

I have had other grills in the past that started out good but they didn't last.This is why I waited a while to do my review.This thing is built to last and cleans up quick.Just make sure you are under a hood for the smoke.There is not a lot but it does smoke.This is just like a restaurant style grill.

Griddle works great. Heats up quickly and easy to adjust temperature. The size is perfect for cooking just about anything. Have used it a lot since getting it and no issues. Would highly recommend it.

El producto es bastante bueno y más cuando lo usas para el local allí le cabe para 6 hamburguesas yo recomiendo que lo hagan de 3 hamburguesas para que el espacio que sobra allí pueden calentar el pan, también lo he usado para carne asada, taquiza etc, eso si cambien sus conectores para que no se les valla a quemar tanto el cable y conector.

This is the best kitchen device you will ever buy. Use it every day. Follow instructions in setting it up and you will have no problems. I bought 1 and looking at getting another.

We are really happy with this purchase. We cooked outside in our yard during the whole summer. My husband who is a cook loves cooking on this. It's much easier than a BBQ. And it's less work. He can sit with us at the table while cooking.
