My hamsters have both loved this food, and the bag is so large that it will last for a very long time. Will definitely buy again.

Must-have treat mix! But I don't really recommend this for a staple food.
I'm going to be honest, I do not use this as a staple food. When I was a little kid, I didn't know seed mixes were bad, or that hamster kibble/blocks were a thing. I had a hamster on a seed mix like this, and he picked out his favorite bits and got obese. He got stuck in his habitrail tubes, he was so fat. The poor fat little guy used his wheel as a bed.Now, I use kibbles like Oxbow for my pets, but I have a bag of this seed mix to use as a treat. I feed this (in small quantities) to my hamster, mice, and rabbit, as something "different" than the normal vegetables. They all seem to like it, and since it's a seed mix it provides some stimulation, I can throw it around their cages and stir up the bedding to promote foraging behavior. It'll last a while, since feeding too much can make them sick, but it's so fun to feed them this stimulating, colorful food I wish I could give them more.Very cute little food mix for an entertaining treat!!

Great bedding for my hamster, controls odor well and my hamster likes the soft bedding. Highly recommend.

He Loves It
My hamster loves this, so I gave this a 5-star rating on Flavor. Why do they ask us about the flavor of pet foods? Meh. Anyway, this is a good value, for the price, I got twice as much food as the bag in the pet store. And this is a very colorful and varied food - which I think is essential to these little critters - to give them a varied diet. So I will definitely purchase again, but I think with a 4.5 lb bag, my one hamster is set for quite awhile. :)
