OK for what it is and costs
I'm somewhat of a tool junkie, but somehow, had never before owned or used an oscillating tool. I bought this one (in the $32 package) because I needed to remove some badly water-damaged MDF baseboard in tight space behind a toilet. This was the perfect tool for that job, but not one I'd buy if I thought it would be needed repeatedly. It had plenty of power, and was easy to control. But by the time I finished the 45-minute job, the on/off switch had become difficult to operate, requiring thumbs of both hands to turn it off. Also, though I can't honestly do a comparison, this tool is really, really LOUD!! Using it without hearing protection would not be wise. The manual that came in the box was also one of the least informative ever. Lots of obvious safety warnings, but not a word about how to attach the tools. Watch the video in the listing for that info. It listed just five parts of the tool, but the numbered list is on a different page from the numbered picture, and lists a "orbital stroke rate preselection thumb wheel" that doesn't actually exist on the tool. (??) All in all, though, it gets four stars because it was better than average for a cheap power tool.

Should have had one years ago
I had a hand built desk I wanted to install and needed to cut some baseboard along one wall so I was googling to find out the best way to do that without taking the entire baseboard off and cutting it which led me to the vibratory tool. I watched a few videos on you tube and decided to give it a try so I started looking at those available. Some were well over $100.00 which I couldn't see the value in. I eventually settled on trying the Galaxy Pro 22000. Some of the reviews had shown issues with the quality of the on/off switch but I knew that if it was a problem I was more than capable of wiring in my own toggle switch if it came to that so I ordered the tool. It arrived nicely packaged in an outer box with all of the attachments and Allen wrench inside. After a quick skim through the manual I attached the flat cutter and turned it on. At that moment I was skeptical this could cut a straight line so I decided to cut into the base board several inches further down stream into the piece of baseboard I was removing in the event it did a poor job I could still find another option. Fast forward no other option needed. It cut through my baseboard like butter and a perfect straight cut. I then decided to try it on a drywall cut out so I could run cabling behind the wall and again it worked like a charm I was able to cut a 4" x 5' section of drywall in around a minute with a perfect straight cut and minimal dust created. previously I would have used a box cutter which results in very uneven cuts or a jigsaw which creates a mess. This thing is amazing. You won't regret this purchase and by the way the switch is as good as any other powertool switch on the many tools I have so maybe they changed the switch at some point after reviews or maybe a few people just legit got a faulty switch. I think back on the many projects over the years that this tool would have made so so easy.

Not worth the $
I bought this for a simple sanding project. I attached the sanding attachment which has hook and loop, and a piece of the sandpaper that came with it. I started sanding and a few minutes into it, the sandpaper started shifting on the pad. The backing was coming loose and less than a minute later, it completely separated and the sandpaper fell off. I took the "fuzzy" backing off the hook and loop, which wasn't easy, and attached a new piece of sandpaper. The same thing happened. I put the 3rd piece on but gave up on getting the job done. It was probably the very poor quality of the sand paper, but it was so discouraging that I didn't even try the cutting attachments.Additionally, the tool is VERY loud.I returned it and bought a cordless Ryobi instead.

You get what you pay for!
I purchased this product back in January 2019. Since this purchase I have used this tool maybe a total of 7 times , and it seemed to work fine for each use that I was using it for. About 2 weeks ago As I was using this tool I started smelling something that smelt like electric heat. I Wet to turn off the tool at the power switch and got no respots the tool kept running. I unplugged it and put it in the garage for further investigation. So I'm closing if you're looking for a tool to get you through a tight spot , this tool should work for you but it's only going to work a few times. The old saying goes you get what you pay 4, if you buy cheap you're going to get cheap!
