This table and chair set arrived in perfect condition and a quality level comparable to sets we have seen priced 2-3 times higher elsewhere. It is very nice. Ours is the Parker model and the chairs are a good height and fit under the table nicely. The table and chairs are solid and sturdy. The whole set looks great.The seller was fantastic. He called us shortly after the order to discuss delivery. He and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and somewhat complicated delivery location. I’ll spare the details so as to not create an expectation that every experience will be as tailored as ours, but it was clear that this seller cares about customer satisfaction—in terms of the product and the delivery. We were very happy with the whole transaction and can enthusiastically recommend this product and seller.

First of all, I cannot say enough good about Rick. He answered all inquiries almost immediately - sometimes within the hour. We had a problem with the shipping; the big box holding the table top was damaged - probably due to a fork lift. We couldn't tell if the top was seriously damaged and could not unpack it for several days. No problem. Rick assured us he would make it right and I believe him. Turned out the only damage was a small scrape on the underside of the table that was not visible without climbing under the table.Assembly of the chairs was extremely easy. The table was a little tricky - mostly because it it very heavy but I managed to finish the enitire assembly in less than a couple of hours.The table itself is beautiful. the finish on the chairs does not appear to be as good as the table top but more than acceptable; possibly the wood on the chairs was a little older than the top.One minor issue is that because of the table legs, the chairs do not fit all the way under the table but we can certainly live with that.I do recommend that cushions be purchased. Perhaps my butt is a little too bony.Overall, I strongly recommend this set from this seller.

I have owned teak before and to keep it looking good you need to seal the wood with teak oil. The image provided by the seller looks flawless, but when it arrived and you apply the oil all the wood putty stands out.Now if you do not apply oil you will not see the putty until it weathers. Which is too late to return. What they should do is use a color match to the teak which is beautiful. 2 of the screws would not hold in different chairs. If these were machined they would not have flaws and it appears the seller is looking close at those flaws which is good. If you want to use oil I would not recommend this set as the flaws will show up. Every chair has 3 to 15 putty joints which you can't see until it too late. I have not yet applied the oil to the top of the table yet but will report back if there are more to found.The quality of the wood is very good and thick enough to be sturdy. Just be sure to carefully retighten the bolds after some time in the sun. Two of the counter sinks of the bolds were off and I had to use an exacto knife to clean them out so the bolts would set and remove the gap. Now the underside of the chairs has a lot more putty applied and it was well sanded and smooth and you can't see it when in use. There is only 1 chair I would like replaced due to area of the putty as seen in the first image right on the arm of the chair. I thought I might be able to use a staining pencil to darken the putty. But it has to dry completely first and then sand off the oil coating then hope the putty will accept the stain? I will find out soon if that works. What's interesting is the location of the long putty fill and how it happened like the gig moved a bit. They should have just replace the two parts as it is very unsightly.

Arrived yesterday and set it up in a couple of hours today. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wood and the workmanship. Rarely does one encounter such well done craftsmanship when something is offered at such a reasonable price. Assembly was easy, all the parts were included (including plenty of spare bolts). One screw inset in one of the chairs was not sunk in quite enough, though a little fussing got it to an acceptable state. The others were perfect. The appearance is as good as the photo depicts, a solid and substantial warm feeling to the teak wood set. The design for the stacking chairs is admirable. Even the distaff member here had no trouble handling them. The fitting on the table top is so well done it is hard to see where it will open up to be extended, even though that operation goes quite easily. Service from the seller/shipper, Bay View Patio, was good, very responsive to questions and shipping arrangements. There were also good suggestions about variations and alternatives, including a chance to upgrade from the included seat cushions. Though we did not order them, the latter is probably a good idea, as the included ones are somewhat less attractive than the excellent teak wood table and chair set for which they are intended, and the offered cushion upgrade wasn't that much more. All in all, a good quality product and a good value. Regular care and protection from the weather when not in use should insure a long life for what seems to us as a truly handsome addition to our home.

Beautifully crafted patio table and chairs that feel very durable. The assembly was easy, as well as, extending the table.

The quality is wonderful. There were couple flaws in the table & chairs, but nothing to worry or write home about. Only use Teak oil-couple places recommended Timber oil, which was difficult to apply, streaks, uneven & in the rain, it takes the color away & now my table looks wilted, but not by manufacturers fault, my own. I receive compliments, but maintaining the treatment is time consuming.
