Product Description KOI, from PC Davidoff, features soothing music designed for the healing arts. Perfect for yoga, Tai Chi and stress reduction, this fluid soundscape provides listeners with five meditative melodies that include "Fishing for Silence," "Koi Garden," "Moon in Water," "Lotus Pond" and "Among the Bamboo." These tranquil compositions combine the delicate strains of the Chinese koto, the shakuhachi and the acoustic harp with a variety of other instruments and environmental sounds. About the Artist PC Davidoff is one of the first artists from the 1980ยs to actually design Music for the Healing and Relaxing Arts. The formula for his work produces a sound that calms the mind and brings peace. Professionals and practitioners have been using his recordings for over 20 years. The sonic frequencies used in the recordings have been scientifically proven to affect the body, mind and spirit in a very positive way. Review: Mystic Drop - This rendition of deep ambient music is off the charts. Mr. Davidoff has capture the depth of spirit and mystical presence in music that is untouchable. I love to meditate to this music as it takes me way deep inside. Great mystical music. Review: PC Davidoff, Usually a Good Bet - I buy PC Davidoff's music primarily for use in Treatment rooms. His Asian-influenced style is quite soothing, if not perfection in relaxing music. But he totally missed the mark in this one because of the inclusion of what sounds like Saxophone. As soon as my client hears this instrument, she/he wants the music changed immediately. What were you thinking PC?

Soothing Sunshine
Not my favorite by him, but it's still soothing as hell and nice to have on in the background on sunny afternoons.

Meditative and soothing
This is wonderful music for the stressed out mind and soul and takes to an inner haven of tranquility and transcendence. The same is true for his "Bamboo" record by the way.Love the pace of this recording and the "Chill out" it provides!

EACH CD IS PERFECTION
I have all but two CD's of P.C. Davidoff. As a massage therapist and nurse aide, I find all of his CD's relax, soothe, and yes, even contribute to healing. RAKU seems to be universally liked, but KOI is excellent. A secret? I can't use BAMBOO for massage! It puts ME asleep, so I save it for nursing patients, who need to relax. Seriously, the blend of the musical instruments is superb. I'd recommend RAKU first, then Bamboo, then KOI. I am also a Reiki Master, and love those three for working on clients. I would encourage any and all to try these CD's; they are so above others for relaxing and soothing and meditation. Make excellent gifts also.
