3.Please choose a 2g GSM SIM card to work with this kids smart watch 
4.Before inserting SIM Card,please shutdown the watch. 
5.SIM Insert way: side insert way. Take away left plastic cover by screwdriver. Attention must be paid to the direction of the card when you insert.
6.If the Kids watch can't work or shows device offline, please check if you choose the correct area when you register the APP firstly. In UK need choose "Europe/African". 
7.The smart watch just supports daily life water resistance, such as wash hand. It's better to take off when you go swimming, diving or taking a shower.
