I bought this tool as a present for my girlfriend who loves doing arts and crafts. This set comes with so many attachments and options that there's plenty of scope for doing exactly what you want on lots of different types of materials. It's powerful, simple to use and feels sturdy. So far we've been using it mainly on thick glass and soft wood and it's worked great. I doubt it would be up to larger engraving jobs but if you're looking for a tool to get started this is a great set to get going with.

Bought, as I needed a small rotary tool. I have a dremel, but it’s too bulky for the job I wanted to carry out. This tool is OK, but is cheaper looking than I expected. The enclosed leaflet classes it as a nail/ pedicure tool. Burnt out on second use. Was refunded after I sent the tool and accessories back.

What a packed engraving set you get in this. Everything you will possibly need and more. Cutters and Sanders and loads of different stencils. I got this to engrave the kids new bikes and it works a treat. Very easy to use and was rather smooth and dont shudder when using it. Very happy with it.

Great little engraver I've got Arthritis in my fingers and have recently bought a total of 6 engravers and struggled to hold them I finally got a chance to try glass engraving for the 1st time with this one very comfortable to hold and the accessories u get are really good the 2 picture's are my first ever attempt (I know I have a long way to go yet) but I just wanted to show this machine can do it and with variable speed that helps alot the only bad thing I thought was you don't get a rite lot of wire on the adapter so you would need a socket close by I'm a electrician so I could extend the wire PLEASE DONT ATTEMPT THIS WITHOUT A QUALIFIED ELECTRITION But overall a good thumbs 👍 up from me

Like the title says ... you get what you pay for. Pay cheap, get cheap. It comes with a wide variety of pieces which is really nice, but that actual tool has little power do actually do anything beyond minor engraving different materials. Forget carving unless you have the patience of a saint. I tried to carve a boarder on a wooden board and it took me the best part of a day. If you press too hard it stops and the pieces slowly come out of the tool as your use them so every 3 minutes or so I had to stop it to push it back in. Other than that, its very safe to use, fun if you are just starting out and just want to do some minor superficial etching. Otherwise, invest in something more substantial: more turning power and heavier duty

Wow, this is just what I needed, just remember to wear safety glasses and don't get too carried away, don't be put off by the manicure and pedicure sticker lol but it does the job and the bits are not bad, got so many projects I want to do now

Fabulous little kit with many options for you to be creative with. My one complaint is the pathetic length of cable with which to plug it in. It's ridiculously short and you will need an extension cable!

Great little device. Bought it as a present for my nephew and couldn't be happier. He's been busy for hours making, polishing and engraving. Super easy to use, lots of interchangeable heads and tips. Quite a few useful stencils included. Works very quietly which is a bonus. Really pleased!
