Wahl Pure Confidence Rechargeable Electric Trimmer, Shaver & Detailer

I purchased this trimmer because my husband has a men’s version. He’s had it for a number of years. Good quality. Works well.

This is a solid workhorse! My previous Wahl Pure Confidence trimmer lasted 10 years before it just wouldn't hold a charge anymore.

From a strictly shaving/clipping/trimming perspective, it's as expected from a name like Wahl: Solid cutting device. No pulling or catching. The versatility is nice, too, as I was going to replace one of those cheap $10 eyebrow trimmers, but decided to go with this instead -- 10 times the functionality (with heads, guards, etc) for twice the price. However... When applying, removing, or adjusting the five-level trimmer guard, the trimming head pops off, despite all efforts to hold it on. TAKE CARE to remove the head, then adjust. A pain, I know, but the "thread" that holds the head on is very shallow, and I can see it failing VERY quickly if you keep popping it off. It is, however, very solidly in place during trimming and shaving, so that's nice (and I'm going to keep it that way by not abusing that thread). Maybe the guide will loosen up with some further use. Also, it's sooooo not a big deal, but the packaging is slightly inaccurate. While it's not on the package picture, the packaging and instruction booklet say it comes with a comb. Mine didn't -- Don't cry if yours doesn't. (don't tell anyone, but I wouldn't have used it anyway) It also comes with a little tray... Useless as ___ on a bull. I would have much preferred a cheap little drawstring pouch for all the bits and bobs, but what can you do? All in all, not a bad little item.

I’ve had this Wahl razor for months. It’s quiet and moves like velvet on smooth or bumpy skin. Although light as a feather, it’s built to last in quality and doesn’t need charging for weeks, sleek and easy to use, takes little space for travel. I highly recommend it.

I bought it because its my favorite color. Plus it's a wahl & my partner loved his set of Wahl clippers so I thought I'd give them a shot Still works after a little over 3 years. I have a few complaints though. The detail trimmer for your eyebrows & bikini line broke in half the first time I pulled it out to use it, so I never got to see if that actually worked. Also despite, cleaning it, oiling it & doing my absolute best to keep it out of water, the blades have rusted. It still works despite the rust. Really wish this was water proof like sone of the other trimmer on here. Also wish it came with one of those zip up cases instead of just the box & plastic. Would have made it easier to travel with if needed.

Nice product and compact

In bought this crap in March to trim my underarms and bikini area in between my laser hair removal sessions, as I was advised not to use a razor. If anyone has experience with laser hair removals, they would know your hair grows back so thin and light, almost like peach fuzz. I have used this item a total of 2 times between March 2025 and August 2025. Two times for no more than a minute and a half each time, because my hair is very fine and thin, so it doesn't take long to remove the hair. I went to turn it on yesterday and it is completely dead. I tried several power outlets and nothing. I am unable to turn it on, it gives no indication of life! I am most upset as I had a Remington personal shaver for over 17 years until it finally died, so you can just imagine my disappointment with this product! I would advise everyone to stay away from this product! I spent almost $30 and now I will need to go purchase another because this piece of crap has given up on life. Worst product ever as I have never purchased any gadget that died after two uses. This is utterly ridiculous and this company should be ashamed to put anything like this on the market! I will be contacting them directly because it has only been a few months and there must be some warranty. I will not take a replacement because obviously these shavers are poorly made and I will only end up with the same problem in a few months. If I could give it a -100 stars, that's what it would be getting! Oh! and to add insult to injury, on the two occasions I have used it, I got nicked and a bruise, so its not even safe for your sensitive areas! Complete and utter crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been using this for a while now and it works really well. It’s easy to handle, trims smoothly, and the battery lasts long enough for multiple uses.

This is my second wahl purchase. The first product, bought some 5 years ago is still going strong. And this one stopped working aftet single use, within one month of purchase. So many customers having similar experience is uncanny. Looks like the entire batch is defective. Hope the company takes cognizance and replaces the product.

The product got easily risted within 1 month of usage. The blades are now not useful and difficult to find a replacement. WAHL standard has gone down.

This product is light weight and slim which makes it easy to hold and move in hard to reach places. It does exactly what I want it to do quickly and easily. The heads are easy to change as well. A great product that I will be sure to buy again in the future.
