Looks are nice! However the deadbolt is defective. It doesn't allow you to remove the key once the lock is closed. In order to remove the key, you have to open the loxk. Also you cannot manually turn the lever unless the key is still in the lock. That ducks because I live Jamaica so I am stuck with a defective lock. I have to put reinstall the old locks because I can't have one new lock that is working and one that is defective

They are nice and sturdy and very easy to install. It look very nice.

These are not even remotely heavy duty, so any claim to be so is an absolute false-marketing ploy and truly a slap in the face to anyone who bought it for that purpose. The inside mechanisms are made of plastic and once the handles are installed (a total pain in its own right) it jiggles and never truly tightens. Maybe okay for lightly used interior applications but I wouldn’t dare use this as an exterior door handle. In addition to the cheaply made/flimsy aspects, installation is also problematic. Doesn’t fit pre-cut standard bore holes, so you’ll have to pull out the drill and do some chiseling do get it to operate properly. Paint easily chips due to cheap top coat. So, by time you do get it installed, you’ll need to take it off again to repaint.

Door handle & deadbolt do look nice. Easy to install. The fact that the deadbolt is double keyed is odd (I didn't notice this when I purchased), and the keyhole on the actual handle is parallel with the ground vs. perpendicular is odd too. I can live with it, just a strange design.

bought all new door handles for my house. this was a modern design that I loved! I was skeptical buying them online and not seeing them in person but overall very happy with this purchase. they look great in my house and are very sturdy.

Nice quality item. Install was a little tricky, but after one, the rest were a breeze. NOTE: Make sure to align the latch holes, especially if you're replacing.

I ordered a set of 3 keyed alike lock and deadbolt systems in matte black. I have been using them for about a week now with no problems. I will have to see how they hold up through time.So far, I am happy with how they look, how sturdy they feel, and most importantly the locks work well given they are I installed properly.I fortunately thought, out of the 3 systems two had different pieces with some parts scratched up. This is why I give it 3 stars. I purchased them brand new but I am not sure if they were returns and I was deceived in that aspect, or if they were packaged this way in which case it makes me think the company lacks to inspect their products. Either way this is unacceptable, these are not cheap! and intact non-damaged products should be sold!I wish I could’ve returned them but I had desperate need for new locks, so I’ve had to keep them and spend more money to touch these up.

Very modern look, easy to install and fits perfectly with our door. Matches our door handles and comes with a few set of keys. The keys themselves seem fragile but are okay. Locks perfectly and gets the job done. Material is overall well made. Would buy again if I had to. Definitely recommend as it’s an easy way to enhance your home.

Gorgeous knobs, lots of extra keys, heavy good quality and very attractive BUT...I ordered these to replace 2 door locks and one garage lock on a home I just bought and was so disappointed. The ones I received did not have the right parts - the deadbolt had a turn knob on both sides vs. a turn on one side and a key insert on the other. After googling how to install them we found several reviews mentioning this problem. I'm not sure if it is the suppliers issue or Knobwell's packaging department that messed up but I had to send them back. I have yet to find a replacement. I really wanted these and when they came I fell in love with them - they are perfect except for this "packaging' issue. I might order direct from Knobwell instead. I recommend checking all the parts before removing existing door knobs and even trying to install them!

The media could not be loaded.  It's nice and came properly packaged and in good condition, however, after 2 weeks of use it no longer works to push the handle downPulling the handle up sometimes works but pushing the handle down does not move the latch in so the door will not openI could not find an option to contact the seller to rectify this or replace it.

Over all i am pleased with the lock set.i found the allen key which holds the cover on the deadbolt hard to get back into place to hold the cover on.i used some caulking to hold the cover in place. Worked well.

These are gorgeous and heavy duty, but the hex screw used to secure the deadbolt plate on the inside DOES NOT SET PROPERLY. There is zero tolerance and once it's installed, the plate doesn't sit flush on the door so the hex screw doesn't set, it just slides right off and puts a groove on the inside so it's impossible to attach it. Going to have to drill a hole on the inside and hope the hex screw holds.
