This book is a great to get you started withing any property or building context, it is general but informative and will help you whether your a student or a professional who needs to refer to something.

I was recommended this tome by a so called Property Guru on Facebook but it was an immediate disappointment from the instant I purchased it.Beware this is actually a theoretical tome which is probably suited to either an academic mug or a property theoretician,but for the remainder 99.9 % of those who want to learn about Development and quickly,sadly reading this book is like being lost in a maze with not a beginning or an end.In short if you are someone looking to learn about the actual steps of development then look elsewhere there are much better books but I do not want to prejudice my impartiality by mentioning them.If on the other hand you want to research the property market as part of your upcoming thesis on the subject then this is an ideal book.Or if you want a book that will line your library shelves and make you look clever then do buy this book.
