Love having small locks for the bag. It does the job and does not scream LOOK AT ME I MIGHT HAVE VALUABLES. Used them back pack Europe. This is a YES for me.

These will certainly not be the sturdiest locks that you ever get, but they do what they are supposed to do: gives the first line of defense against theft while complying with TSA requirement. Okay, if yo are travelling to, let's say, someplace in Africa or Asia that has an airport notorious for luggage damage then you will end up with a broken lock or something, but for US domestic travel, there is no reason to complaint. They will last you only a few months, but then, you are knowing buying pretty much the cheapest stuff, so you gotta be happy with what you paid for.Perfect for the occasional traveler. Pros should go for hardier and sturdier builds.

These are cute and did the job I needed them for, which was a small lock on a mailbox on my porch that is is used for dropoffs, not official USPS mail. The hole was so small on the decorative box that these were the only locks I could find to fit. Since it's not a high-security situation — I just wanted a slight deterrent to anyone randomly opening the box — I'm happy enough. But they are definitely tiny and the keys are lightweight, micro-mini size. More like keys for a child's jewelry box.

DO NOT BUY! If I could give these a zero star, I would. These are absolutely GARBAGE. I had previously purchased these a few years ago and they were solid metal. I just needed to buy more as I have lost keys along the way. This new version is plastic and splits in half with the key. On opening the package and unlocking one lock, it burst open and was instantly ruined. It would only take a screwdriver to twist the lock and break these open. Unfortunately I was outside my window to return and have to use these awful locks on my trip and can’t get refunded. Every time I unlock my bags, I have to squeeze the lock to hold it together so it doesn’t break because the seams start to open. I should’ve looked at newer reviews and pictures because these locks have definitely changed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased these to keep my backpack locked for travel. I always fear it will come unzipped and I won’t know. These are the perfect size. All locks are keyed the same which is a huge plus. I’m also use it in my luggage just to keep them closed. Are they big and tough? No. But, they do the job well! I would buy again.

Doesn't take up a lot of space.
