I'm happy I bought this my teeth where really sensitive to chewing on ice or drinking soda. Anything cold hurt my teeth but after brushing my teeth for 2 week with this tooth paste my gums and teeth felt better. Now I am able to drink cold beverages! Drinking warm soda sucks.Get this tooth paste it really does work! It took 2 weeks for me to start feeling it work but I am convinced that really helped me out.

Colgate toothpaste has a nice flavor. It wakes up your mouth. The toothpaste itself is thick. It came as a two pack, you get your money worth. Always use colgate. It's the brand my family used when we were young.
