This is my 2nd Time For Machine build, and again I'm impressed with the quality of the kit. I spent about 4 hours on assembly, and am thrilled with the outcome. I took care to file every burr from the metal frame separations, and ended up with a super smooth gearing. I recommend this very highly.Note: The model I received is different than pictured. There was no wagon over the back wheels. Also, it isn't a 'wind-up' as mentioned in the title. It has a flywheel that keeps the model moving after you push it forward. Neither of those are deal-breakers, but YSK.

It is very sturdy and fun to make the only thing I didn't like about it was that the instructions are hard to follow and the pieces are not labeled other then that it was great.

This is the first one of these I've ever tried, but these are really cool. I was skeptical of how well the gear system would work or if it was just more decoration, but it works really well. Definitely need so fine needle nose pliers and a curved pair would be good too. The metal is fairly forgiving too because I bent things the wrong way a few times and had no issues correcting it. Nothing ever cracked our broke on me. Great project for a weekend or gift for someone who likes doing building things. Really want to try the bigger ones now.

I was disappointed. I bought this as a gift for my bf. Instead it was a car. He liked the idea but said he would have enjoyed the tractor more as it went with another model I had bought him.

Time for machine gets its act together they'll have a rip roaring unique model business..REally like this one..has a centrifical (sp?) motor..cool looking..I gotta start paying more attention to how parts bend..

follow the instructions closely

Bigger than the other kits being sold .. Thicker metal, more detail, some have operational parts.. Well worth the price .. Hoping they'll expand the line up with more offerings..
