Snappy!
I was a long time fan of the whole truth vegan dark chocolates, before they went out of stock for a long while and I was forced to try Pascati. I have to say it is even better with its smoother and harder texture, give it an excellent snap when you break it. Excellent job on the tempering. But I am disappointed that it does not maintain its texture over long distances, though they pack it with the coolant. I have purchased it multiple times in Shillong and it arrives completely destroyed - fully melted, making it worthless. Even after returning and replacing, it is the same. So I have given up on it here.

Great Flavour and India's first Fairtrade Chocolate brand looks good
The Salt Dark chocolate ratio and flavour is spot on! Great that it is also a Fairtrade product so supporting the cocoa farmers in Kerala.

Very ordinary in taste but package was ecstatic
I personally don't like the taste as you hardly feel it with dark chocolate....however package and wrapper was very good.
