Fantasy Fields Teamson Kids - Toy Furniture -Magic Garden Bookshelf

We recently purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday and are just thrilled with it. It arrived in beautiful condition and went together easily. It is a very solid, sturdy piece of furniture. We tethered it to the wall with extra tethers we had on hand; it does include two hooks on the back (one on each side) to help with that. I was a bit concerned that it had no backboard both in terms of stability and how it would work. I've been pleasantly surprised -- it is one of the most stable shelves we have purchased, and nothing seems to fall out at all. We were able to fit everything from oversized Eric Carle books to mini-board books and it all stays neatly organized; we love the extra drawer at the bottom for odd things (like fabric books). It is a good size for her right now -- big enough to hold stuff but not overwhelming in her room. And it looks adorable. Best of all it only had a mild paint/new furniture smell when we got it, despite all of the paint on it. We still aired it out for a week before putting it into my daughter's bedroom, but that is short compared to the month (or longer) we typically expect to air out new furniture before use. In short, we love this bookshelf!

I idiotically damaged a piece of the bookshelf during assembly. The instructions were clear enough, but I used an incorrect screw, that was too large and split one of the shelf pieces. As this was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, I contacted Teamson, the company that makes the Fantasy Fields - Magic Garden line about purchasing a replacement piece. As this was purchased on Amazon, the company wasn’t easily able to verify my purchase, but sent me a replacement piece anyway. Jerry Su went above and beyond, finding the piece in the assembly instructions to make sure it was the correct piece, sending me a screenshot, after I’d written the endeavor off as too much trouble when they’d first asked for a purchase order and a photo of the damaged piece. I am kind of a pain to deal with and impatient, but this act of kindness and taking the extra effort with a customer, as well as the excellent products themselves, has really made me appreciate this company in an age of declining quality and customer service. My wife and I have purchased the Fantasy Fields toy chest, bookshelf and bassinet for a doll and they are all well made and very cute, my daughter loves them.

When I went to build this, One side of the shelf, fit perfectly - all the holes lined up. But when I got to putting on the other side, some of the holes did not line up, no matter what I did. Finally got it together, and went to build the drawer. Someone didn't cut the pieces to fit together right, so the drawer is at a slight angle. Other than those couple of minor annoyances, the shelf is super cute and was overall easy to build.

I want SO bad to be able to give this 5 stars!!! It is the cutest bookcase I have ever seen and its SUPER sturdy. The books fit perfect and it is easy for my 2 year old to access herself. The downfall....there is a chip in the wood. Not big enough to warrant sending the whole thing back and easily hidden once the books are on the shelf but big enough to not give the product 5 stars. There are also anchor hooks on the back but its so sturdy that I don't see a need to screw it in unless my kid starts scaling it like the Empire State Building.

The product came as described with no defects. It took my husband about 30 mins to assemble and our kid loves it!. It's very cute and is the perfect height for our kid. It's a good size for a small space and holds plenty of kids books and a cute drawer which can be used for more books or toys. Well worth the money.

This little library shelf is so cute. Very steady, strong. It’s pretty heavy so you might need help. I assembled this myself and it took me about an hour, the instructions are easy to follow and easy assembly. Like I mentioned, the library shelf is very cute. The one I ordered for my little baby girl has flowers, a frog, butterfly’s, cute pictures. It’s perfect in her room and goes with the theme. It holds many books and has a drawer in the bottom. I attached a picture so you can see how nice the shelf is and how beautiful it looks.

Such a gorgeous and sturdy bookshelf and very easy to put together. It comes very well packaged and really well labelled, so unlike other flat pack furniture, it is really easy (and fool-proof) to put together. While there were slight marks on three of the pieces of this bookcase, which did annoy me at first, once you put it together you really don't notice the minor imperfections at all. In fact I can't see them myself! The book shelf is spacious, allowing for books of all heights and the drawer (only one) at the bottom is a useful addition for toys/ games etc. This is the second Teamson bookshelf I have bought and would highly recommend.

Ich bin begeistert und meine Tochter auch!!!Ich liiiebe diese Details und man sieht, dass es mit Liebe gemacht wurde!Handbemalt, klar das nicht alles Perfekt ist, aber das macht dieses Stück aus!Weiche schöne Farben und sehr stabil.Alles gut verpackt und sogar schon so gelegt,dass man alles gleich aufbauen kann,ohne lange ,welches Brett zu welchem passt sucherei!Entzückendes Regal!!Jeden Cent wert!!

The fantasy field bookcase is well made & beautiful. It fit all my little girls books with room for more. It’s the perfect size for little girls & it will be perfect for when she gets older also. Would definitely recommend.

Meuble lourd,beau et robuste. Belles finitions, pas de défaut. J'ai retrouvé ma fille dedans plus d'une fois, le meuble ne bouge pas. La seule chose qu'on puisse regretté est que le tiroir se retire complètement mais il est tellement proche du sol (si ce n'était le cas, ma fille l'aurait sans doute cassé en grimpant dedans) que pas de soucis à ce niveau, puisqu'il ne tombe pas. Compter 40 livres par planche, plus si votre enfant en est déjà aux livres en papier. La planche du haut et le tiroir nous servent pour stocker des jouets. La planche du haut est légère plus haut qu'un piano, à hauteur d'une table à manger, bureau ordinateur ou plan de travail cuisine. Les peintures sont réussies
