Looks nice and has worked wonderfully

I like that the silicon shovel does not scrape the Wok seasoning. However, the handle is too short for a Wok Spatula. I wanted to use it with a 15 inch Wok, but my hand sometimes brushes the rim of the Wok. The Wok is at 400 degrees and I do not want my hand near the rim of the Wok. Also, I do not like that the silicon goes so far up the handle. I tap my Spatula on the rim to remove any food that is stuck on the Spatula's shovel end. The silicon on Staub Spatula acts like a bumper and the Spatula bounces off the rim. The Staub Spatula is well made and appears to be sturdy.

This spatula is so ergonomic. It makes frying easy. The angle and the beveled edge makes turning tge food easy without losing stability. It is also easy to wash and does not have joinings that traps food. The handle is also smooth and sturdy.My only wish is that it has longer handle as we use higher fire in chinese cooking and thereby feeling the heat when frying.

I love the size and shape. It is good for making fried rice for teflon pan.

I stir-fry every day. This is one of the best turners I have ever owned. It's not for all purposes as it's a bit thick and short, but no turner is made for all purposes. You just need to buy different turners for different situations. This one is great for stir frying! Very sturdy. The handle won't melt or warp when resting on the edge of a hot wok. I won't say it is good for flipping pancakes, but I love it for stir-frying! I read some reviews complaining its small size. For me it is fine, though it will also be OK if the handle is 1 or 2 inches longer.

First one arrived damaged. Amazon had the replacement to me next day and it was as expected. Great quality tool.

I recently purchased a shovel and was disappointed to find that it formed bubbles on its tip after only a short period of use. This indicates that the quality of the shovel is not good enough for regular use.As a consumer, I expect the products I purchase to be durable and reliable. Unfortunately, this shovel did not meet those expectations. I am disappointed in the quality of the product and would like to receive a refund or a replacement.In the future, I will be more cautious when purchasing products and will do my research beforehand to ensure that I am getting a high-quality item.
