First order came with no canopy, screws or mounting bracket. Seller was very prompt and willing to solve my issue, but the parts probably come from China since it would have taken 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. I opted to return the entire fixture and order another from Amazon with next day delivery.Second fixture came with everything, but the handyman that did the install said the bracket and mounting screws were wrong. He was able to install with his own hardware and the light fixture is working great and looks good with vintage Edison bulbs.I'm giving three stars because of the missing, and then wrong, parts. I'm also giving three stars for the design of the cages. If you ever have to replace a bulb, it will be a nightmare to reattach the cage since each cage has 8 screws, and getting them to all line up is a very frustrating experience. I can imagine it will be much more frustrating if you have to do it while on a ladder.Overall, the design was exactly what I was looking for with the Edison bulbs and vintage look. Plus the seller was very prompt and willing to solve any issues. Wish the cage had easier access to the bulbs, but if the LED bulbs do wind up lasting at least 5 years, then it hopefully won't be much if an issue to replace them.Note: bulbs not included, which I already knew.

This was NOT easy to install. Screws to attach unit to ceiling were too short. The bracket seemed like it belonged to another light. after trip to hardware store to get correct screws next came putting bulbs in.That was a nightmare as well. Had to unscrew all eight of the nuts place bulb inside and then screw all 8 back on. So 32 times x's 2 .this should have been a 15 minute job and it was a 2 hour project instead///

I really love the look of these lights. I think they add a nice industrial look to my farmhouse decor. They were a pain in the butt for my husband to install - I had read that in previous reviews and can vouch for the accuracy! It took him a good 30-45 minutes to get this installed and he has changed out that particular fixture twice in the past within 10 minutes or so. So be prepared for a little work to get them installed. Once they were up though I was very happy with them. I do recommend that you use LED Edison bulbs for these because EACH cage around EACH bulb has 9 screws you have to take out, then put back in just to replace a light bulb! The bulbs I purchased are supposed to last up to five years so replacing them so infrequently won’t be an issue for me but I certainly wouldn’t want to make it a regular requirement.

My Daddy is a Master Electrician and this thing took 3 hours to hang. It’s a horrible design. It was missing 2 screws so we had to go to Lowe’s and added an extra hour to the installation. 4 hours with an electrician of 45 years. Be prepared to use foul language and sweat a lot.It’s very cute once it’s hung and I really like it but I pray the bulbs don’t burn out anytime soon. I’ll need several margaritas and a shot if tequila to psych myself up to change them.

It’s made a little cheap but you get what you pay for. I was looking for something cheap but looked good. Nobody is staring at my light fixtures above their heads. My problem is the cage bars and the tiny little caps. Everything you change the light bulb you have to perfectly match up all (I think was eight) bars to their holes then screw the caps on. This is NOT AN EASY JOB! The first once took me at least 30-40 minutes. I got better by my 5 bulb (I bought another matching fixture with 2 bulbs.) but even then it was still extremely time consuming. I just hope my bulbs last for years. I wouldn’t not have bought if I knew before.

I want to love this light fixture. . It is exactly what I wanted and it is so beautiful. BUT as you can see the light post on the bottom of the pic is BENT . . Very hard to install and you must have patients . I would have given this 5 stars but cant due to being bent right out of the box .

The package came in on time and in good condition. Opening the package and the fixture was surrounded with foam for protection. The fixture itself is beautiful. Exactly what you see in the picture. Easy to install and includes instructions for reference. I will order this again for my next Reno project! I am using Edison bulbs with a lower wattage and soft light. It’s amazing and gives great ambiance.

Aside from 32 little hand screws just to put bulbs in it,install wasn’t too bad. BUT beware, I had rust under each one of them! It’s brand new, straight out of the box and I find that? Not acceptable. As this point I already ran the wiring and mounted the thing so I wasn’t going to dismantle my efforts. Disappointing nonetheless!
