Good products but bad service
I ordered the DIY Kit from them since it looked good. The kit itself is quite nice but when I asked for a soft copy of the manual since it was misplaced they refused to send it and asked me to pay 250 plus shipping. The states reason is that "we do not encourage use of devices for certain kits"Buddy I've already paid you 3000 and now you're making up reasons to charge me more money.. Bad post sales service cost them a potentially long term customer.

Excellent quality stem toy.
My 11yr old was glued to the toy as soon as he got it. The booklet provided removes the use of screens to use the product. It reduced screen time.very interesting projects were given and explained in detail. It is a value buy. Warranty is a great option.
