I use Mentadent toothpaste or many years until armor hammer bought them out and discontinued the product. This is the best toothpaste I have used since I was not able to buy Minten. I highly recommend it. The funniest part is the toothpaste is black because of the charcoal, but it taste great and is the most foaming refreshing toothpaste I have found since they took Mentadent off the market.

No better or worse than any other charcoal tooth paste

I really enjoy the charcoal toothpaste. It is not the one the takes the enamel off your teeth. But this one you can use one a daily basis. It still has the mint flavoring to it. It just seems to have more "lather" for the lack of better word. I just really enjoy it because it seems to get my teeth cleaner for the reason I just stated. I have used several brands of charcoal toothpaste and I like this one the best so far.
