Is this worth the price increase over the older model?

Tough to say, it’s really an individual decision based on if you value IBIS, the better battery, and few extras at an extra $700. Right now the X-T3 is going for $999 which is a steal. I ended up getting the X-T4 and honestly regret it, I find I don’t truly need IBIS the way I thought I would and would have rather saved the $700 and gotten an X-T3. My opinion is it all boils down to, do you NEED stabilized video? If no, save the $700+ get the 3 and invest the rest of that into good lenses. Just my 0.02

What are the exact specs on the 16-88 lens? I assume it’s the F4 r ois wr, but just wanted to check on that.

How is it doing in low light situation ?

Tough question to answer in text, without knowing your uses or your standards. I use mine in somewhat low light, regularly; I seldom photograph in bright sunlight, so it's my norm. Firstly, the combination of two image stabilization technologies really surprises me with sharpness at amazingly slow shutter speeds. Secondly, with good exposure and careful editing, noise up to above 800 ISO doesn't stop me, but might not be acceptable for subjects with really fine detail/texture in commercial work. With noise reduction/sharpening software, smoothness can be restored, but at a cost to details, in frames with underexposed portions. The sensor is the same as X-T3, so no significant differences; for most consumer uses, quality up to ISO 3200 is remarkable, to me, having learned my craft with film! Looking at your other reviews, I wonder if it will satisfy you, though. Before saying "no", however, I am sure you'll find examples of images on sites like flickr . com and reviews on youtube helpful, but be sure to look at enough samples. Some work I've seen there, shot at iso 160 looked soft, while some at 1600 looked crisply detailed. It's the user that makes those differences. Better, yet, if you have a friend with one, check it out, yourself, before you order.
