Suet for birds
If you put suet out for the birds, this is the way to go. Shrinks to fit the suet as the birds peck away. Only way to go.

Not stretchy enough to fit my hand so had to improvise getting it on the meatUsing a cylinder to hold the meat inside and the net outside bring out together

This ham netting is just as advertised. It is an amazing material, very strong and great stretchability. I am only giving it 3 stars because I was only making 1 ham, and when I tried to stretch it over my ham, it would not go all the way. It only stretches just enough for a small ham, and I also did not use any kind of chute to assist in getting it on. However, I now have enough netting for another 25 hams, which means this will sit in my kitchen drawer for another 19 years. Bottom line, if you are a butcher and have a ham chute, this is perfect for you. If this is your first ham that you are making, you might want to buy a lesser length...and a ham chute.

Works perfectly for home curing
Started curing my own coppa and sopressata. I worked perfectly. Allowed me stretch it over the meat enough without ripping it.
