I bought this for nursing school, and its used but basically brand new! very happy with this purchase!

Since the students like it, so do I. I am not very anamored of those access code additions to the cost, though. Fpr the library, it is being made to pay for something we cannot use. If there could be two separate editions -- one coded and one not -- with a discount for not [after all, the publisher has the students hostage] we could get more alternative materials to supplement -- getting a wide variety is an ideal

I was sent the correct book but it was a used one. I paid $148 for a new book but did not get a new one. I went to register it and the access code was already scratched off so now I am unable to register my book. I tried emailing but it would not let me. I tried getting a refund for the extra money I spent on a new book compared to a used book but was unable to.

Great book - my only complaint is that the corner was torn all the way through the cardboard!

Bought this brand new in order to have access to the online software included. When it arrived, the online code had already been scratched off and redeemed. Very frustrating.

Paid for a brand new book and received a book with a “used acceptable” sticker on it. I could’ve gotten it much cheaper if I wanted it used.

This can be bought from FA Davis's website including the second volume for less money.
