Can this coffee be used in the French press?

Hello Maria! thanks for the interest. San Alberto goes great with the French press as its sugar cane / chocolate aftertaste gets highlighted. Our preference for the French press is a coarse ground so we will encourage you to choose the whole bean presentation. This would guarantee you get the correct particle size when you grind it. We are confident the extra effort its well-deserved by our beloved San Alberto. Our regular ground is medium so perhaps too fine for the French press. Are workers paid fair wages to be able to live comfortably?

Thanks for your question, we would like to highlight that we are vertically integrated coffee growers. We feel proud of following labor, environmental, and tax policies. Nevertheless, we are convinced that we can do more to impact our community and our planet. On our farm and in our Coffee Temples we are known for providing above-average wages and provide benefits to improve emotional and physical wellbeing. Evidence of our efforts is UTZ and Rain Forest certifications that not only evaluate environmental but labor-related practices. We know that in countries like Colombia our people still have unsatisfied needs and a big inequality gap, we keep this in mind while we continue trying to build a successful business and a beautiful brand. Thanks for Choosing San Alberto Coffee
