This is the missing link for all of you who fertilize and are looking to improve the appearance and health of your lawn and plants. I consider it a fabulous addition to those who follow a four step lawn fertilizing program. This product will stimulate healthy growth, help your lawn and plants retain water (due to increased root uptake), resist disease (due to overall health), and bring your soil back to life with beneficial microbes and mycorrhizae fungi (both very beneficial to your roots). It connects the dots between your fertilizer applications. Your plants will avoid stress and look beautiful with proper use of this product. In hot summer weather, use this product with a hose end sprayer and apply according to the recommended directions (apply every couple/few weeks and water in). Try adding a small amount of iron and micronutrients as well. This will help increase lawn health and improve color. Don't unnecessarily overdue it. You won't burn your lawn, but you will be wasting product if you over-apply. Always error on the side of safety when it comes to caring for your lawn. I usually never write reviews, but this stuff is incredible. Other brands are three to five times more expensive for a similar product. If you want to take your lawn to the next level, buy this and add it as part of your lawn feeding program. You will not be disappointed. PS- this stuff works great on plants as well. My indoor/outdoor plants and rose bushes look incredible thanks to this stuff.

Root ruckus is amazing!! We had a cold snap and our plants literally looked like they were in shock, especially the tomatoes. So I dosed them and my new flower installations, and overnight they perked up and 5 days later, my tomatoes are pushing out their first blooms. This is truly the game changer in the garden! If your plants are experiencing shock, or anything that is slowing growth, get this. Not only does it bring them back to life, but they are luscious, green and thriving! I will always stick by this product and a few others that they have. Excellent company!

I love, love, love this stuff. Kinda like franks red hot sauce, “I use this sh*#t one everything!”. instead of peppering your plants and lawns with sythentic fertilizers, use this stuff instead. it gives the plants and grass the micronutrients it needs and help utilize the macronutrients already probably present in the soil. plus, the mycorrhizal fungi in there is great for root development when repotting and or supplementing your plants and grass soil. I used as a foliar spray and soak separately on different occasions and it works well both ways. Plants have grown and bloomed since using the product and my lawn has never looked better and healthier. excellent product, im on my second bottle now and will order more when i run out. cheaper than other brands but works great

I use a lot of ORGANIC products from the ocean such as Kelp blended in fish fertilizer with amazing results. After starting a mini orchard consisting of apple, peach, plum and pear trees, ROOT RUCKUS was ordered in to aid with root establishment and the Humic acid is also beneficial with trees and all other plants. The photo is some of my flowers using a combination of fish fertilizer, kelp and humic products, all ingredients from GS Plant Foods in their products. These products are a good value for any consumer to be used in addition to compost or other materials. Just mix with water and apply to your plants 2-3x in the spring, amazing results with spectacular colors from the trace minerals in the seaweed.

I've recently become obsessed with my lawn and garden. I started researching organics that can help my lawn. I discovered quite a few excellent products using humic, kelp and micronutrients in addition to the big 3 macros (N/P/K). I bought a few different brands and GSPlants was one of them. They were a little more expensive but still a good value for my 15ksqft lawn and garden. I use these products on my turf in the backyard to compare against another product in my front yard. I also used these recent plantings. I have to say Root Ruckus is an excellent product. The pics of the flowers are about 7 weeks apart. Its amazing how well the have grown and thrived. I used Root Ruckus both as foliar and soil drenching randomly. You can see how well it has done. I've also used it in my lawn to help deal with summer stress and enriching the soil (backpack and hose sprayed at about 4-6oz / 1ksqft). I definitely know it works based on the way my lawn has stayed green longer during drought conditions. It also appears to drain better and this is only after a couple of applications about a month apart. I am going to keep conditioning the lawn soil over spring, summer and fall using GSPlant products for sure.

Very good product...I wanted to wait for results before writing a review. I have used 3 applications and the results are fantastic. I live in the DFW area and I have bermuda grass. This stuff reminds me of what my Grandfather used on his farm, with awesome results. I used a 4 gallon backpack sprayer to apply. I followed the application rate, but added 2 extra ounces per gallon.(not required...just personal preference).Give this stuff a try if you really want thick and lush grass. I walked my yard this morning attempting to find the bare spots I previously had. Everything had filled in, I was pleasantly surprised that all of my bare spots had completely filled in nice and thick. I am about to order 2 more gallons. This will become a staple of my yard maintenance. My yard is about 13,000 square feet.

I had expected no reaction from my plants after dosing them a couple of time with a full watering can mixed in with this stuff and I went back out a few times and even I could see the difference in them. It must have something in it that plants appreciate because what was droopy leaves etc now stand bolt upright looking for more!! Of course I obliged and hope to see some incredible results in a week or so. I have everything crossable crossed!! I think it is excellent, literally mix it in water, put on soil directly, or if you do put it over plants, I usually did a second can of plain water so that it did not scorch the plant/leaves unnecessarily. I am expecting the blackbirds around here to have difficult getting them worms out of the ground. About to try a couple of watering cans of the stuff mixed on the lawn as well, ground exceedingly dry and grass very brown and discoloured at the present time, which of course cannot be avoided in the heat of recent weeks. I hope to see some improvement there too, all I need now is a decent rake to take the bad grass off and let some natural light get to the ground again. I put this in roses as well and I have never seen a reaction like it, buds galore, opening up early as well and leaves so glossy they shine!

This almost black liquid is liquid gold for your plants and lawn. I am using it on the lawn along with seaweed and occasionally iron sulphate to try and keep it in good condition. So far so good. Highly recommended.
