The Devil of Nanking by Mo Hayder (2010-02-04)

Compared to most other books I’ve read if Mo Hader, I was disappointed by this one. Mainly, I think because of a lot of Chineses references and which confused me. The story was good in most parts, the ending was very cruel, I didn’t expect that at all. Was this story in any way true, I do seem to remember stories of troubles between Japan and China, but not sure if it was just rumens or true.One the whole, I read it right through because I wanted to see what the outcome was. It’s certainly not one of Mo Hayder’s books I’d read again.!!!!!!
