Very thorough results, most informative I bought 2 packs so I can retest in a year and compare after making the suggested changes to my diet. Easy to follow instructions.

You could already see that your value was significantly lower than the median and the middle 50%. I've recently become interested in gut-health (like so many!) and really wanted to know what was happening 'under the hood'. I'd watched a number of videos to further understand general gut-health concepts, and had a friend recommend Biomesight.The order-to-results turnaround was very timely. The kit’s instructions are really simple, and I was pleased to be regularly informed through email updates where the sample was in the process.The dashboard based results, the breakdowns and descriptions are so intuitive. I love seeing where I need to focus on to improve my score, and specifically the diet / supplement recommendations. As a result, I’ve now tweaked my diet in some areas that I wouldn’t have otherwise - likewise with supplements. I look forward to my next test results!

This is a lab type test you have to take yourself.It has clear instructions how to proceed and all the necessary bits.It comes with a prepaid envelope and the required signage to send your test away.Updates ( received,processing) regarding your test where sent by email.The results came back within 2-3 weeks and are thoroughly presented.Its a very interesting read to see whats good or bad about your gut health and what needs improvement.Alot of the info spiralled me to look up further articles online to better understand the different bacteria and how to improve my wellbeing.I think a nutritionist or a GP would find it a helpful read.

Quite interesting insights into your gut health in a very detailed breakdown. Yes the dashboard could be more designed upp and the nutrition advice go into more detail. It looks like ls like it is tied into a follow up nutrition offering but you don't have to use the services. So it's like the 23andme for the gut - the more samples they get the more accurate the stats. I found it fascinating and would do it again albeit the high price point. Would I do a follow up test - not sure.

Hard to know how accurate it is, but it has a lot of detail and some interesting insight, i suppose well see when we buy the update to track if changes to our diet have helped the biome

The kit was simple to use and the information received back was both detailed and informative, and could be saved as a pdf and printed. I would definitely use this again once I’ve implemented the recommendations.
