Armadex Mens Heat Resistant Leather TIG MIG Protective Welding Gauntlet Gloves

Nice lightweight gauntlets which allows a good deal of feel whilst welding.

These are TIG welding gloves, I bought them for MIG welding dexterity rather than the thick cumbersome ones that I have already. Good gloves but not really suitable for MIG, spatter burns through the hand leather and not much insulation from the heat on bigger welds. Nicely made and good quality, probably perfect for TIG or Oxy welding.

Only time will tell.

The gloves are advertised as mig and tig..let me start by saying if you are welding with these gloves you better be prepared for alot of heat transfer to your hands as the heat just burns straight through these gloves..(not literally) and you feel everything heat wise..very little protection in the way of heat repellent..they're a good fit and very comfortable. You can feel everything in your hands..AND THERE LIES THE PROBLEM..id rather have bulky gloves and not burns from heat transfer thankyouAll in all I'd give these gloves a 3/10

They are fairly well made apart from an unusual seam across the base of the middle two fingers which might rub and wear, time will tell. But they are flexible and comfortable.
