I am new to this type of handwork. This is a good item to start with

I have bought this as a stocking filler for my granddaughter as she loves sewing it looks good and I am sure she will enjoy it

The cloth was awful quality. it frayed dreadfully once in the circle holder. I tried very hard to use the punch needle but it just made a mess & also made big holes in the cloth. After several tries I gave up & switched to using the included plastic needle to stitch it all which worked much better. As it turned out, looked better than the picture. You get plenty of yarn the way I used it, can't speak for the punch needle thing. I didn't have enough fingers & thumbs to hold the cloth in its circle holder, the punched yarn in place & then do some more punching. I don't recommend this method for neatness, or easy - Its not. Its very fiddly and difficult. As a simple cloth to sew using a needle & backstitch, it was fine.

Definitely a beginner project as it’s drawn out for you on the cloth ready to punch. My only reservation is kits like these are ok but the cloth themselves are not all that great … hence it makes life a little difficult to punch which definitely defeats the objects for beginners as it puts you off … I think it’s one of those give it a go and except that it’s not the best quality it is what it is just a holiday project.

Reçu très rapidement. Cercle rigide de bonne qualité. Laines fournies en grande quantité. J'ai apprécié également les outils fournis avec ( coupe-fil, passe-fil, aiguille,..) Pour moi , c'était une première expérience que j'ai apprécié. Juste un petit bémol, la notice est en anglais et assez succincte. Pour un apprentissage de la technique comme moi, j'ai regardé un peu sur internet pour trouver quelques explications détaillées.

Eine Bildanleitung erklärt ausreichend, wie das funktioniert. Man kann sofort loslegen. Man bekommt schnell ein Ergebnis. Mögliche Fehler machen das Bild nur lebendiger. Suchtgefahr! 😁 Es wurde ein weiteres Motiv bestellt! Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Il kit è completo, ottimo per mettersi alla prova con la tecnica del punch needle o ago magico. L'ago inizialmente mi risultava un po' scomodo, così ne ho acquistato un altro tipo. Dopo aver fatto un po' di pratica con l'altro, ho riprovato ad usare questo in legno ed è andato bene. Bisogna imparare ad andare a fondo per bene e l'ago in dotazione è dotato di un lieve bordino che da inesperta non riuscivo a ben gestire. Il filato basta e avanza per il disegno, pur non essendo di qualità eccelsa, il telaio regge bene e il disegno èolto carino.
