Im addicted to these. Gives a nice wake up in the morning for a non coffee drinker.

Enlighten Mint is hands-down the best flavor (with Lemon Elation second)

My father was raised on a farm in Paraguay, South America in the 50's/ 60's where his Dad and Uncles all grew Yerba Mate leaves. So naturally they all drank it as a hot tea (old school way; wooden cup & metal straw to filter out the leaves.🧉) It tasted bitter but gave you lots of energy & mental clarity. Both my parents drank it when I was a kid, but they drank it cold in the summertime. (Wooden cup but poured over with a pitcher of Lipton iced tea w/ mint leaves, sugar & fresh squeezed lemon.) My point being? These energy drinks are amazing. Do they taste like my folks summer tea? Yep, maybe even better. My gal and I have been drinking them for 12+ years now. They really give me a boost of natural energy, focus and lift my mood as well. All the ingredients are naturally derived and it's not too sweet. 'Enlighten Mint' is my favorite but the Lemon one is good too. Red Bull & Monster drinks just don't compare. Most of them mess with your heart & blood pressure. If anything, 5 hr energy shots are a much better alternative to those. I'm not a religious man but I believe in Guayaki Yerba Maté. — Dan

Studies have shown that this has the same effect as the GLP-1 without side effects. Day 4: It does curve my appetite and gives me energy. I started with the entire can and almost died because I could not keep still. Now, I only drink half a can for now. I will titrate up to an entire can when I feel my appetite is no longer suppressed or my energy needs more boost. Do not drink after 3 pm or you will be looking at the ceiling at midnight trying to go to sleep! LOL Mint flavor is delicious and light. I have not tried the other flavors and this does have 24 grams of organic sugar can I rather have that then artificial flavoring.

One of my favorite energy drinks because it tastes like you’re just drinking tea and nothing else. It’s a nice kind of energy it doesn’t make you jittery but it wakes you up.

A very tasty natural source of caffeine. I've been searching for an energy drink replacement in the morning and this has been a very enjoyable substitute. They are a bit expensive even in bulk but compared to the price of buying them at a gas station the 12-pack is my go to choice. The energy level from the beverage is comparable to 2 cups of coffee and they're smooth as a glass of ice tea on a hot summer day. Overall you're paying for a healthy, high quality caffeinated beverage.

Tastes great and is a great way to maintain energy levels for an extended period of time. I would not recommend tp consume if you hope to sleep within the next 6 hours as this is the equivalent of about 3 cups of coffee.
