BANZUV Reversible Bucket Hat

This is the perfect sun hat! It stays on a very active toddler, it's comfy, it has a nice wide brim to keep sun out of little eyes, and it's great quality. It has been in constant use for almost 2 years, been through many washes, spent countless hours in the sun and in the pool, and it is holding up great. It fits beyond the 24 month mark too. We bought the 0-24 month size when our daughter was 4 months old, and she is still wearing it now at 26 months. She still has room to grow into it too- probably another inch left in the Velcro band. I bet she'll be wearing it almost to 3 yrs, and she is at the 95th percentile. Great, great purchase!

This was the perfect thing for our trip to the ocean. The hat stayed on even in the strongest winds and our 11-month-old willingly wore it. The first time we put it on her, we immediately distracted her so she didn't pull it off. She wore it all day and then let us put it on her every day after that with no fuss. She's a pretty easygoing baby, but--like most babies--she doesn't like things on her head. This hat didn't seem to bother her at all. The band adjusts with a velcro piece on the back, so it fits really well without a string under the chin. The lack of string under the chin was a huge selling point, because I don't think our baby would've been ok with us tying a string every time we put it on. Even her very sensitive 1-year-old cousin wore this a couple of times for a few hours. This hat protected our baby from getting sunburned and also kept the sun out of her sensitive blue eyes. It's also super adorable and people stopped us everywhere we went to tell us how cute it was. I'm so, so happy with this purchase.

We first bought an orange version (seahorses/etc) and Little #1 loved the hat. Attractive, good-sized (though not super-wide) brim, and a velcro side fastener that, inexplicably, kept the hat on all day, even in stiff beach breezes. The fastener also serves to increase the size, so we see this hat being used for years. We went back to buy another (for Little #2). Orange sold out, so we went for the pink extra-girlie one. Not my taste, but she loves it. We've given all other sun-hats to donation. Yeah! [Note: we did buy the hats at a low sale price, but we would recommend them at full price]

I think this hat is great. It can be easily sized with the velcro and it is reversible. For a 2 year old that doesn't seem to fit normal 2 year old hats, it worked perfectly. It does have a very large brim and can sometimes overshadow the face. Pushing the brim out of the way to ensure that vision is not obstructed kinds of defeats the purpose of the great shade it creates. My husband thought that it looked like more of a bonnet than a hat.

Cute hat! Adjustable and well made. It keeps the sun off her head and out of her face. I’m very happy with my purchase and shes happy not getting cooked by the sun!Great hat!

I live in central Texas where hats are a requirement for my red-headed toddler. I wanted to like this hat and was excited when I found it. The patterns are really cute! I bought this hat to replace the Coolibar hat that we lost. I like the lighter weight and the adjustable sizing BabyBanZ offers (Coolibar also carries light fabrics, I just chose cotton) . But the brim is so floppy we can't use it. I ended up returning this hat because my son can't see where he is going. I'll be buying him another Coolibar, this time the boys reversible bucket hat. It is light weight and the adjustable brim uses elastic and does not rely on velcro (which catches on darn near everything).

I expected the brim on this to have some 'weight' to it, meaning, it wouldn't blow in the wind. I was wrong. This is an incredibly light weight hat with a silky feel but it does not stand up to even a moderate North Dakota breeze. My daughter loves this hat but has to hold it on her head to keep it from blowing off (it is fitted properly) and the brim either flops in her face or goes up to her forehead, thus not protecting her from the sun. It's a cute, well made hat and I love that it will grow with her, it's just not what I was expecting.

We love this hat, and get all kinds of compliments on it when baby wears it out. The brim is very wide and provides great sun coverage for his face, ears, and neck. It is also adjustable and will grow with baby. And it is reversible which allows you to switch from plain green to camouflage. The only draw back to this hat is the Velcro is rough. It has scratched my husbands face when he holds our 6month old who likes to move his head around a lot. I would recommend the manufacturer switch to using the soft Velcro you find on a lot of baby products these days.

Great hat for the baby during the summer. Fits well and keeps her face shaded. It is easy to take off and sometimes the baby does pull it off, but overall it seems comfortable and she doesn't get bothered by it.

We love this hat. We have had it for over a year now ( and managed not to lose it). Our daughter has worn it since she was about 6 months old and is now approaching 2. It has a broad rim providing lots of shade for the face and neck and because of the adjustable brim size we hope it will make it through to next summer as well. Also dries quickly after a wash.

Love this hat! I can't say anything negative. It is lightweight and dries very quickly. Has a nice big brim to protect face, ears and neck from sun, reversible for different looks and best of all, a velcro closure to adjust the size of the hat. I find it very difficult to find bucket hats or summer hats to fit my toddler well, they are usually too small or too big....This hat will fit for a few years.

Looks great on him, we haven't had much sun yet so I haven't tried it but it arrived fast and its adjustable should be good
