Q: Does any visible light come from this? Ill be putting the in a babies nursery to aid the baby monitor.

There has a dark red light ring on the edge of each IR ARRAY (visiable)but the IR light is invisiable when IR LED are on.It would not disturb baby. But suggest you to check with baby monitor's supplier if their item is compatible with 850nm wave length IR Light.

Q: Does anyone know if this could be used for therapeutic purposes? And is there some way to block out the daylight sensor? Thanks in advance.

You'd need a whole lot more power than what this outputs for any type of therapy (IMO). I'm sure you could block the sensor with electrical tape to get it to turn on...but probably not for what you want it for.

Q: What is the amperage on these? How much would it cost to power on every night?
