Looks nice but not perfect at all
The bolts that are spare on this cover will not work with the current bolts and if you try to use smaller it will not match the other 3 that you actually will use. The holes must be drilled out and screws put on back of the bolts. After that a perfect fit and it does look good after that.

No tools? Wrong!
Easy install, no tools? Obviously you need tools to install it. The real problem is that the 3 spots were the dummy screws go are not threaded. So now I have to buy a tap set to thread them or, as someone else suggested, drill out the holes and put nuts on the back. I was very disappointed that I couldn't put it on right away and have to spend more to make it work.

Good replacement with some adjustments.
Fit perfect. Only 3 of the original bolts actually needed. The other 3 did not fit the new cover. Had to drill them in for cosmetics.
