Are these roast to order or have they been roasted some time ago?

In December I received a bag that was roasted in August (ie four months ago). This coffee was stale in both aroma and taste. So I’m not sure I believe the hype from Blue Bottle about it tasting fresh for “150 days.” BUT, the good news is that if you purchase from Blue Bottle as the seller (not a reseller), they’ll take care of you if you contact them.

Is this coffee kosher certified?

Hi there! Our coffee is not certified Kosher. However, nothing is added to the beans in the roasting process. Thanks!

Is there going to be a bright and balanced combo pack?

I bought the bright and bold pack and it was a set, but they came in two different packages. I wasn’t very good.

When is the roasting date ? Thank you

The roasting date is listed on the package! If you have any issues when you receive your order just reach out at support@bluebottlecoffee.com and we can assist.
