iCrimp SN-025 Crimp Tool Used for Dupont Terminal 0.1-1mm² for Harwin Amphenol Mini-PV Connectors Molex KK 396 Micro Timer Connectors

I needed a crimping tool for molex connectors and wasn't prepared to pay their prices for a bespoke tool (£250!) so I looked for an alternative and found this.It does take a little getting used to - so get plenty of connectors! - but once I got the hang of it, it was really easy to use. My problem was trying to remember which side of the tool to feed the wire from and which way the terminal fits into the tool. It's not intuitive for a dullard like me, as you have to put it in 'backwards'.The quality, however, is really good and provides consistent, reliable results. Just make sure you have a decent set of flush side cutters to cut the molex terminals off the 'roll' exactly flush to the terminal (this is a molex thing, as the terminal won't fit into the plug/socket if you don't cut it flush) and the wire is stripped to the correct length.I'm even looking to replace my insulated crimping tool with IWISS's version!

For such a cheap tool, seems to work well.Make sure you insert the crimp the right way round!

For what are basically custom jaws on a bog standard crimp tool, almost £20 is a slight premium on what they 'should' cost, however there doesn't seem to be much competition for crimping tools that crimp dupont style (mini PV) connectors correctly and hopefully within spec for less than a few hundred £, so can't complain too much. It can sometimes be hard to keep the orientation of the connector correct during crimping, though no more so than other tools of this style. Overall works well and gives much neater/better results than using generic crimping tools, just would be nice if the jaws were sold separately and also in a format to go in larger/more powerful crimping tools.

So lets be honest this crimp tool isn't up to the standard of a manufacturers (Molex, Dupont,JST etc) original but for the price it is excellent. One cable set I routine build only requires three of a certain type of crimp connection which makes the manufacturers original too prohibitive at over £800 but this tool does an excellent job. Requires a little more care with crimp positioning and cable insertion but with a little practice perfect results can be obtained.

Wer keine Original-Zange für die obigen Verbinder kaufen möchte (~300€-500€), ist bei dieser Zange genau richtig. Dies ist die einzige auf Amazon erhältliche Zange, die diese Crimpungen fast perfekt ausbildet.

Ich nutzte die Zange zum Crimpen meiner Servoverlängerungskabel und bin voll und ganz zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Kaufempfehlung.

Sehr gute Ergebnisse! AWG 28 bis AWG 22 getestet. Schön ist, dass die Nasen um die Adern in B geformt gecrimped werden und der Teil um die Isolierung in D Form. Dadurch passen die Stecker anschließend ohne Nachbearbeitung in die Hülle und halten fest.
