On a typical shaker I would awkwardly use two hands, having a smaller grip. Otherwise, it would pop open, and my drink would be everywhere.Love the features on this shaker and I can single hand it (LOL). Makes a great martini. Bought one for myself and now one for a gift. Would definitely buy more.

Like everyone who bought this shaker, I have issues with traditional shaker leaks and drips everywhere. I have the traditional and Boston style for over 10 years, just thought that’s what I have to live with. They leaks, cold to the touch, hard to clean and drips everywhere when you pour. This literally corrected every issue. All other reviews said it leaks everyone, splashed people and uncontrollably hard to use. Despite all that I bought it for thanksgiving and used it everyday as a trial run. All I can say is “ I love it”. It never leaked once. I notice there are spots like the filter and the lead have to be sitting correctly and locked down tight. I wonder if the people claim it leaked”everywhere” is because they didn’t crew it down correctly. Once you do, no leaks, no drips and no splashing people at all. My hands stay warm and no sweating from the shaker unlike the stainless steel ones. It is big which also solved my can’t make enough issue. Easy to clean too. Yeah, it’s a little pricy for a plastic shaker. however, this ain’t the cheaply made plastic shaker that people get for free from buying a bottle of $20 tequila. It’s basically a double walled plastic yeti. If they make it with good quality double walled stainless steel. I would expect the price to be in the $60s. Still people will also have something to complain about. If you pay attention to the locking spots inside the shake this will change your life. I mean as far as mixing drinks goes...

I've got 3 of these and while I like them, they do become discolored over time and one of mine had the "lock" design on the Shaker break so the lid doesn't seal. Also, the strainer parts don't hold well. They're easy to wash though but I question their durability over a long time versus a boston Shaker. I don't think I'll be buying any more of these. Too expensive for what you get.

Pros:1) The lid locks tightly onto the shaker so that I'm able to shake it with one hand without having to worry about the lid coming off.2) The shaker doesn't get slippery like a metal or glass shaker would when water condensates on the container.3) The frosted appearance is actually a lot cooler than I thought.4) My hands don't get ice-cold after making a lot of drinks like metal or glass shakers would.5) Two types of strain: fine (no ice or pulp) and large (quicker pouring with pulp and small ice shards).6) The lip protects from spilling the drink when pouring it into a glass.Cons:1) After a few back-to-back uses the shaker begins to leak (which is why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5).2) Doesn't fit on top shelf of dishwasher.Neutral:1) The shaker is much bigger than I imagined it would be.Overall: Great product, easy to use. I would recommend this to my friends.

I purchased this shaker for my husband for fathers day. It was probably more of a gift for me because our old shaker was really hard to open and I hated it. He received this and it went into immediate use. We used it probably 10 times and then we had an issue. My husband dropped the shaker on a hard tile floor and it hit in just the right place for the top portion to sheer off. After thinking about it a few days, I contacted the sellers to see what we could do. They apologized (even though we broke it) and send us a new one free of charge. I received it three days later and have loved having it to use again. It is very easy to open, love the two sized strainer holes and easy to clean. So happy with this purchase. I have bought two shakers. I love the customer services you get from shaker33. They took care of a problem I had with my first shaker. they were quick to send out a replacement part in the middle of the pandemic. The shakers are great because of no need to use a pint glass to increase the capacity of the shaker like the old school style. I can fit enough in the shaker 33 for 4 or 5 drinks at a time. I like the locking lid and strainer. The clear container is great for me as I can keep track of the ingredients as I add them. I look forward to many years using these shakers for cocktails with friends.

This shaker is exactly what it claims to be! It is easy to fill with ice and spirits, does not leak and the strainer locks in place so it will not fall out when you pour your cocktail. It was delivered very fast even in these difficult times.

This shaker blows. It leaks it when you shake it and it doesn't have the right shape to make a proper cocktail. There is a reason why a cocktail shaker is narrow at the bottom and top and wide in the middle. I bought this for a portable shaker to bring to friends houses who don't own one. And what an embarrassment when your spraying liquor all over your friends kitchen. Should have brought my traditional Boston shaker. It would be a decent shaker if it didn't leak. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. Save yourself the shame and buy a different shaker.
