Aqua Elegante 6 Function Luxury Shower Head - 2.5 GPM - Polished Brass

4/11/25 How ironic - only days after buying these, it was announced that the Prez is eliminating the restrictions the obama administration placed on how much water can flow. BUT, even had I known that while I was trying to replace the old Delta, I think I would still have bought the Aqua Elegante. Much less expensive AND equally as beautiful. This is the back story: My pretty old, but still functioning Delta showerhead literally came unfixably apart a week ago when I was adjusting a setting. We loved it so much and it matched all our other bathroom fixtures, so we wanted it again. Three problems - 1) the style has been discontinued 2) My color, polished brass, despite being a beautiful finish, doesn't seem to be a popular choice anymore and if you can find one that you might like, it probably doesn't have the settings you want or it's huge and would be completely out of place in a small bathroom with a small tub and 3) the biggie - because I live in a state where the gubment decided water flow couldn't be more than 1.8gpm for showerheads and mine is 2.5gpm. Delta, Amazon and many others WILL NOT SHIP IT TO ME for that reason. No getting around it. I'm not going to ask an out of town friend to get it for me and send it to me. That’s just not my style. The upshot: I was rather upset but then, after a lot of researching, I saw Aqua Elegante and went bonkers. Why? Because I was so happy to find reasonably sized, well priced, nearly perfect colors with nice settings AND the 2.5gpm flow AND there didn’t seem to be a problem with shipping to my state. So, I bought 2 different ones with the expectation that one or the other would suffice. Well, THEY BOTH SUFFICE – MORE THAN SUFFICE – they’re both gorgeous and they both work well. I installed one and then the other to see how each works, and I’m pleased to report that there was no leaking in either so far and both have easily movable settings. Both seem nice and solid without being heavy. I’m keeping both. And given the fact that 2.5gpm is becoming the exception and may be “outlawed” countrywide at some point, I want to have a backup. In the event that one conks out, I won’t have to go searching for anything else because I’ll have a beautiful alternative. This one is waiting in the wings. The one I have installed now is the Massage Shower Head With Mist - High Pressure Boosting, Multi-Function which looks very much like my old Delta (I think I actually like this one even more) I've only had them a few days, so I can't really speak to longevity. I'm hoping that they'll be as sturdy and reliable as they are beautiful. In the meantime, I'm pretty happy.

We left the flow restricter in place. What a wonderful surprise then, to take the first shower using this new shower-head, and suddenly be drawn back to the days before everything was required to have trickle sized water delivery rate. I felt like I was in shower heaven. Luxurious indeed. Before we bought this shower head, we'd had trouble with hot water running out. I was initially concerned that the hot water would run out more quickly with the rich flow of piping hot water, but it actually uses less now. It is truly a treat to relax under a generous flow of hot water that cascades perfectly. I don't know if its the perfect spray design, or because I can now spend longer luxuriating under a forceful, hot shower, but I've noticed my hair even ends up feeling cleaner. If you are in a hurry, you can get your wash-up done in less time, owing to the head's design producing a higher flow rate. It seems like compared to my previous shower head, with this design less water is forced back into the shower head and wasted, so more comes out towards the 'showeree'. I'm no plumber, so I can't tell you how this does its magic, all I know is we don't run out of water as we used to, and we do get a great, forceful delivery of wonderful hot water. If you are money conscious, you'll find that because you can complete your shower in half the usual time time, you will be saving water overall. There is a "water saving" setting (or 2, if I recall the directions right), but we find the setting it came on to be perfect. Flow pattern settings can be changed by turning the dial, if you want to. I did wonder if the lovely finish would hold up on the plastic parts that might get most used (if the dial if used a lot, for example.) Time will tell, but everything about this product is quality throughout, and it shows no deterioration in the month or so we've had it, so I think it'll be more than fine for our home needs. It was very easy to install, and delivery was prompt. Wish we'd found this awesome shower head much earlier.

Easy to install but I did not use a paper clip as teflon tape was used prior remove with a wet towel and dry well. Also does not strip threads. 3 turns to teflon tape is enough any more and too tight sealed well no leaks or drips. Drips only from full shower head holding water x 5 seconds . Pressure is moderate wider spray than oxygenics that I had x10 years great as well just more focus. Wider spray and fills the small space. Used for a few days: 1. 6 settings rotate so pauce is at 12 N and 3pm last setting 2. Spouse likes soft rain setting wider than replacement 3. Other settings from the middle more force 4. If removal of plastic restrictor =3.5 gpm 5. Do feel refreshed from massage modes 6. Others said if in a hotel would be a good choice many a stay where a trikle this was moderate if you like forceful remove but try the simple first as designed. 7. I wrote to the mfg with a question they did respond and a good timely response next day.

This is a pretty good shower head. Had to remove the flow restrictor as it had no pressure with it. Easy to install, moves between functions with great ease. Just a little loud.

The Aqua Elegante 6 function luxury shower head is by far, the best shower head I've ever owned! And I'm 65 years old! I took the water restrictor out and it has the most powerful stream I've ever experienced! I could put the restrictor back in and I bet I will still get great flow, but for now, it gets all the soap and conditioner out of my long hair super fast so I am not in the shower as long. It comes with pipe tape, which is a nice touch, and easy to understand detailed instructions, plus the water restrictor which can be easily removed. And it has a 5 year 100% money back warranty. It has rubberized nubs around the holes to keep hard water deposits from building up...you can just rub over the rubber to clean. I use the normal shower configuration and it has water coming out of the outer first 2 rows of holes...really nice heavy stream. The shower stream is perfect...it directs the water right where it is needed...on ME, NOT sprayed too far out like other showers heads where it hits the curtain and wall. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this shower head. It makes taking a shower a real joy! And it is beautiful and elegant! I am VERY impressed with Bryan and his company. His customer service is unparalleled. I got an e-mail from him right after I ordered it on Amazon which was very welcoming and I could tell he would really be there for anyone if they had problems. He also followed up with another e-mail after I received it to ask if I received the shower head and if there is anything I needed from him. And he would be there for me with any future problems. I wish all companies were like this one. This would be a great country again!

It works as described, beautiful and perfect for an elegant bathroom.

Really pretty and the water pressure was amazing! So much stronger than my old one!

I just replaced a Moen simple shower head that was 20+ years old. It just got feeble. But the new games in town are awesome. We chose the brass version to match other components. Good build quality and a remarkable deal considering what most brass showerheads cost. Since it's in our basement full bath, we wanted something nice, but not over the top. Install is trivial taking maybe five minutes. Fumbling with Teflon tape takes the most time, and time doesn't include the flow control removal step. The water has perhaps three interesting settings, but the "everything on" option feels so good that it'll probably stay there most of the time. What's amazing is that the force of the stream was too strong at full on (which we used standard on the previous head). I will need to maybe be at the half-full open on water delivery which still is great. This was a great buy and would recommend it to anyone. Now the $150+ premium-plus build, but at $35, you can't go wrong.

Great value and outperforms the more expensive shower head that we replaced. The documents from the vendor added helpful installation hints and was way beyond what we expected of this purchase. The shower head works well despite our relatively low water perssure.

This is a very good shower head looks good and is well worth the money, a good buy.

Not that much better than the one I replaced. Even the Massage settings are the same when I thought my old one stopped working properly...
