Works Good With Fire TV (will include tips)
This is a review of the KP-810-21BTL (touchpad in upper center with white backlight) I'll also include some tips to get it to work better with a Fire TV.Very easy to pair with the TV. Text entry is smooth. Web browser navigation is smooth but can be a bit annoying due to the Fire TV interface. TV navigation is smooth once you learn the keys needed. The keyboard has a removable battery, a spare battery is less than $5. You can use the keyboard while it is charging and uses a standard microUSB.Here's how to get it to work with a Fire TV smoothly (I'm writing it for beginner users since I had a co-worker once ask me where the "Any Key" is.First, if the TV turns off or is turned off, you cannot wake it with the keyboard but you can take it out of screensaver mode with the keyboard. To navigate the home screens and apps, use the arrow keys, the touchpad only works with the web browsers (tested with Firefox for Fire TV and Amazon Silk). To select something, use the OK button or left click mouse button (to the left of the Esc key). To go back use the back shortcut button, (it's above the magnifying glass) or use the Escape key (Esc). To delete text, it varies by app. Some use the Delete key (Del), some use the Backspace key (BACK).To go straight to the TV search, hit the Search shortcut (the magnifying glass)All other shortcuts buttons are the same as the shortcut buttons on the Fire TV remote (menu, volume keys, search, forward, rewind, play/pause etc.)Browser navigation, to scroll, use the arrow keys, can also use arrow keys instead of touchpad for navigating browsers.Touchpad will only navigates the visible area on your screen. To use the shortcuts below, press and hold down the blue FN key (lower left corner of the keyboard) and press the corresponding Function key (F1, F2 etc) while holding down the FN key.To pair the device FN + F1To toggle the backlight FN + F2To toggle the keyboard lock FN + F6 (does not lock touchpad with Fire TV)

Full fledged bluetooth keyboard with media controls and a multi-touch mousepad for $20? Yep.
I bought this with my own money, nobody asked me to review this, I just wanted to voice my poinion on this!I needed a wireless keyboard and mouse for my PC so I can use it while I'm in my bed, and something with a backlight so I don't have to have a light on to use it. This is it. Don't waste your money on the super-expensive ones that get complicated. Buy this and be done.I had a regular wireless one first, but the backlight didn't work on it so I returned it and bought this one so I could use it on my phone or other bluetooth devices if I wanted to. I was very pleased with the first one I bought and this one is even better yet. Bluetooth connectivity makes it semi-universal, especially if you have a bluetooth USB dongle (doesn't come with it). Rechargable/replaceable battery pack is awesome as well. It even has the usb extension cable wired into the charge cable if you need extra range on your bluetooth dongle. (again, you need to buy a bluetooth dongle separately)Pairing was quick and easy, and the drivers downloaded super fast and installed automatically. with my phone i just paired it and was ready to go. The keys have a nice soft click to them that lets you know you hit them, and with every button youd have on a normal keyboard you pretty much already know where everything is at. standard qwerty layout with the small list of exceptions for the fn keys and a small handful of the symbols. I do wish there was a shift button on the right side of the keypad too, however so i dont have to contort my fingers weird. I've worked around it by toggling the caps lock off and on (which actually pops up on the computer that you turned it off or on which is nice)The backlight isnt blindingly bright and actually almost impossible to see in any sort of lighting, but then again you really only need the backlight when you cant see the keys anyhow, and they all show up perfectly fine when its dark enough you have trouble seeing the print on the keys. Dont expect it to be perfectly even lighting either. I'm not complaining but some people may be dissapointed. The touchpad works surprisingly well and has a side scroll-bar that works well too. One finger mouse control and one finger tap for left click, two finger-scrolling, two-finger tap for center mouse button, three finger tap for right click. My laptop keypad didnt even let me do all that when i had it. You also have three different DPI (sensitivity) settings for the touchpad too.Media controls work well in both Windows and Android (I'll get to android in a minute) as do the other misc. controls (volume, mute, printscreen, etc) I'm not sure if theres a way to make the email and internet button go to custom locations or not but as is they open Outlook and *gulp* Internet Explorer...I wanted to hook this bad boy up to my phone to see how she worked and was immensely surprised. Keypad works great and the media and volume buttons are all functional as well. Now the utter surprise is that when i tapped the touchpad A MOUSE POINTER POPPED UP ON MY PHONE AND I WAS ABLE TO CONTROL IT ALL WITH THE MOUSEPAD!!!! Not expected, fairly impractical, but cool as iced tea on a hot day!Basically, if you want a decent keypad/touchpad "risk" the $20 and get one of these. (My apologies about the shaky-backlit photo I have a hard time keeping my hands still and no-flash camera pictures are hard for me to do)

Great little media keyboard that works with Windows, Android, and Linux
I've tried many Bluetooth mini-keyboards with touchpads and d-pads and this one is now my favorite. I'm currently using it with Linux-for-Tegra and Tegra TX2NX with the NVIDIA-spec'd RTK8822ce WiFi/BT module and it all works great out of the box. I've also used it with Windows 11 as well as Android and it has performed great in all environments. The backlight is bright and defaults to "off" which is my preference and it uses a BL-5C Li-Ion rechargeable which is popular and I have several of, so when the battery is exhausted, I can just pop in a charged one. That being said, after fully charging it when I received it five days ago, the battery has not needed replacing/charging, so the battery life looks good, too. The controller has a full set of media controls and a proper Android "Home" button as well as a "Windows" meta key, making this keyboard super-handy at a great price.
