If You Want to Have a HUGE Water Bill, Buy This!
Knob on this bidet has no "stop" feature, which means you have to guess when the water from the bidet has stopped. The dial on the knob turns right to clean you, then left to clean the nozzle. To turn the bidet off, you need to turn the knob to the center, and since there is no "click", and no outstanding visual indicator for those with bad eyesight, you're left to gauge when to stop the flow of water...awful design. Hundreds of gallons of wasted water down the toilet, literally. You need perfect eyesight, and good hearing in order to determine when the water has actually stopped flowing. I've purchased smart bidets (the 100's) in the past, which were small dials that you stuck onto the side of the toilet tank...those were a great design, were simple to install, no hassles with toilet seats that don't fit, had a "click" that you could hear and feel to know that the bidet was turned off. Why they messed with perfection is beyond me. Those previous "smart" bidets were simple and functional, and manufactured in Korea. If these new smart bidets are still manufactured in Korea, their design team is not so smart. I do not recommend this product.

ONLY WORKS WITH 1/2" FITTINGS!
The connecting hose is 1/2" and 8mm fittings. I have a 3/8" tee fitting. I could not find an adapter to make the hose work. If you are connecting to a 1/2" water supply you would be ok. The other problem is you will not be able to replace the hose in the future if needed. The 8mm fitting on the bidet is plastic and a weak point in the design. Returned the product.

Overall very nice product
My husband had been begging to try one for a while and finally landed on this product. It was fairly easy to install- 30 min at most. It works really well and is very easy to operate. Can't wait to see longterm savings in using way less toilet paper overall. Overall, we are really happy with it!

Plan on buying inter hardware to make this thing work.
Had to buy different plumbing parts to make this work.The clean function sprays upward unless you only turn the dial just a tiny bit.The dials are difficult for me to turn. But that's me, I've neuro-muscular weakness in my hands.🤷

May not work properly
It was not easy to install. The t split was defective and the bidet doesn't work properly. I am not able to use it. Water comes out of both valves at the same time instead of just one at a time which prevents it from working properly.
