They look good, good quality and varying degrees of strength. The small bag for storing/transporting them is a nice extra

I love the bright colors, ease of working myself using the different strengths, and no equipment clutter. The bands are strong, firm, and good width. I see and feel the difference already in my arms and legs even if it's baby steps. I can see myself not getting bored.

These 5 bands are great and come with a little bag that keeps them when not in use. I bought them for my 91 year old father who I've finally convinced to do a little exercise with me to improve his mobility and strength but I'm using them too. It's nice that there are 5 "weights." I find that the two lightest are much to easy for leg exercises for me, a 62 year old woman who exercises every day and is fit. But they work for my dad and might work well for a few upper body exercises for me. Very happy with them so far.

Good resistance bands for use in hands. However when using for leg exercises the bands roll very easy and turn into a tube instead of a band

I thought they would be weaker but they are not, they have enough strength and resistance, for a reasonable price good quality

I love these bands. They are not to big, they dont fall while using, they have great resistance and stretch to them
