RV1 Raven Series Red Dot Reflex Sight with Rotary Switch Brightness Control

I love this optic! It reminds me of the Aimpoint Comp M4 I used in the military.I wanted something like that, extremely durable, military grade, long battery life (with AA battery!) and extremely simple with no auto on/off to deal with (or possibly fail).At about 1/3 the price of the CompM4 it can't be beat. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!Maybe in the future I'll try one of DI Optics smaller products but this is exactly what I hoped it would be.

I loved this optic. Have had it for a good 8 months. Battery life is incredible, replace factory battery with a Duracell and it’s still on. My problem is after a while the red dot will wiggle on my upper. I have a BCM upper, have it fully mounted on properly and it wiggles. Not happy. Thought this would be a great combat optic, but the fact is it doesn’t hold up. Maybe I got a lemon, going to be contacting the company for a replacement . But I’ve used this thing hard and now it’s failing when I Am relying on it to defend me and my loved ones.

Passed US military torture tests, solidly made, excellent quality, minimal dot bleed, if any, mounts easily, adjusts easily, and used by South Korean special forces. It is slightly heavy, reflecting its robust build quality. Indeed, I am more than satisfied and highly recommend it.

Solid optic that's very sturdy & offers good accuracy. RV1 seems to be a civilian variant of the PVS-11K red dot sight issued to the South Korean military and it holds up very well.

Nice red dot for my colt le6940 rifle

So I had an itching Curiosity about the company DI optical. Although this is an old company apparently there civilian market options are fairly new. I couldent find many reviews on the product so on a whim I purchased the Di Raven RV-1. 500 rounds later it performs like a champ holding a tight 1 inch group at 120 meters. The things built like a rock!! This might be the best option for a true military grade optic in the $250 price range. The dot is crisp and clear and appears to be a true 2 Moa red dot. Brett at primary arms helped me with this purchase, his customer service truly is top notch! As my experience with this product progresses I will update this review. Currently I highly recommend this product as a viable substitute for aimpoint, eotech and other military grade optics for half the price!
